He did a great job of laying out the logic and plan behind diagnosing my issue. A little disappointed that he didn’t want to hear more or help me with a one-time altitude sickness prescription for my upcoming backpacking trip where I get altitude sickness and heart palpitations. He referred me to a GP but it wasn’t clear to me what information the GP would have that would be different that would make them more qualified to prescribe the pills. It seemed like an unnecessary obstacle for me to get the care I need.

Highly committed to patient care. He called me with results of an abnormal scan, explained in detail the optimal treatment, and scheduled the procedure I needed somewhat urgently. His knowledge is extensive and communication skill are outstanding. At follow-up he took his time answering all my questions and what to expect in the future.

Dr. Rangarajan Is always prepared, for your visit. This demonstrates he really did review your case before he entered the room. He respects you time. He always answers every question. His Medical Assistant is the most knowledgeable and professional individual I’ve ever encountered in this role.

Dr. Rangarajan never makes me feel like I'm on an assembly line and my 15 minute block is running out. He communicates with me; not at me. He is sensitive to my concerns, as a patient trying to put the pieces together and explains my results clearly.
