Listen to my problems, Made me feel welcome. She was a new provider for me as the last one had left the building so I was hesitant. I was going to go someplace else and then I thought let me just try this person one time and see how it goes and it was actually a wonderful experience.. I’m so happy I chose Veronica.

They didn’t understand what I needed!. I don’t think they got to the results of what I needed. I need somebody to check my [ ]. I think I have either [ ] and you can’t take test that with [ ] you need a nerve doctor.

Everything. I’ve been a patient at another NCH facility for three years and I am astounded at: actually talked to the office staff of the doctor, gave me a same day appointment, referred for [ ], scheduled [ ] and will follow up with her in [ ]. Why is it outstanding you ask, I’ve been having this issue since [ ] and waiting on a referral from my regular doctor since [ ]. Is it the office staff? Or simply, the doctor requires his employees have the same respect and level of care that the doctor himself has for them?
