Thank you so much for taking such good care of me during each and every visit. A very special thank you to all the doctors and nurses who supported me during my delivery. They guided me with exercises and constant encouragement, which helped me have a normal delivery. Because of these wonderful doctors and nurses, I safely delivered my little princess. Hackensack is truly one of the best hospitals for pregnancy and maternity care.

I loved it; the service was very good, excellent service I would say. The only thing I would personally change is that the doctor himself should speak at least a little Spanish, but that didn't detract from the excellent service he provided. Even though he didn't speak fluent Spanish, there were people-the doctor and the team-who translated for me. And I loved the center; the service was excellent from the moment I arrived at the main entrance, in the lobby, until I left.

The front desk staff, nurse, resident and Dr. Kim were all great and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Kim and her associates were very professional, very helpful. The only feedback I would leave is the gowns you offer to cover yourself with are just tissue paper and they fall apart very easily. You might want to invest in something a little bit more substantial, especially for larger women.

A bit frustrated when front desk told me they took my insurance, gathered my Aetna ID and booked my appt, to then call me back minutes later and say I wasn't covered. I called my health insurance and they confirmed Dr Veronica Kim was indeed covered and in network with my Aetna plan. I then had to call back to rebook my appt and explain that I was covered. I feel this should not be happening. If you take the insurance, there must be a mistake somewhere. Office should have called my insurance provider or spoken to a more knowledgeable staff member to see what the issue was, instead of telling me that I wasn't covered.

I was very happy with my visit to Dr Veronica Kim's office. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed. She took time explaining things and offered suggestions for any health concerns. The office was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend.

The visit felt rushed. That was the shortest ultrasound I've ever had done in my life. It was less than a minute long and not much was explained to me about the ultrasound either.

Seeing Dr. Kim was amazing. She really made it a personal experience for me, as I explained to her that I had trauma from a prior gynecologist. She was fantastic, and I definitely recommend her. Very relatable, understandable. Really sat there and heard you out, and she was just overall fantastic. I definitely would recommend her to anybody. And she was really patient and understanding and willing to hear you and give the best advice into providing you on how to make yourself feel better. So I really appreciate it. Thank you. Bye-bye.

Dr. Veronica Kim was extremely attentive, and I was very grateful to be able to get an appointment. It has not been the easiest getting appointments at other entities, and she was absolutely wonderful. I just want to enhance the fact that I enjoyed my doctor stay, which is usually not an enjoyable thing, and I'm very appreciative.
