Victoria was extremely helpful. She looked up side effects on one of my medications before entering the treatment room and made a recommendation on changing to another drug in order to alleviate symptoms I have been dealing with for almost a year. I don’t know if the change will help, but she cared enough to find a possible solution to a long standing problem.

Victoria Vernon listened to me while I was talking. She stopped everything and looked at my, while paying attention. I’m grateful for that, as too often the staff are busy typing in their computer. Not Ms. Vernon! She truly heard my concerns.
