I thought Victoria was knowledgeable, kind and caring and answered any questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Adrienne, the physician's assistant, was very warm and friendly, with an endearing sense of humor. Even giving me a little "dance" when my results were CLEAR, (except for the[ ]). The two ladies helped me to feel better than I was, and positive about a [ ].

From check in to initial in office updating with (her name escapes me) however, she was excellent and very thorough with information and listening to my concerns. She also conducted the [ ] very well. PA, Victoria Vernon was very thorough with her care and services, listened to my concerns and shared helpful information to prepare for my upcoming [ ]. She also was great with her care plan to document some critical information I could report to solve my in office [ ]. Already I am seeing results which may be very [ ]. Adriana was helpful with my [ ] issues and took time to help me solve them. Additionally, the [ ] at Lee Heath was great with helping me through that process. I am extremely happy to be able to utilize the Lee Health system and plan to continue to do so.

Victoria was amazing, kind, professional and courteous. I felt very confident in her skills and recommendations. She explained everything with time for discussion to formulate a care plan. She is very knowledgeable and provided meaningful resources and alternatives when I asked about a certain recommendation. Victoria is a great asset to the Lee Health team and I am sure to schedule with her in the future when needed.

Victoria's "bedside manner" refreshing. She answered all my questions and I liked her [ ]. I never felt rushed or dissatisfied. Thank you Victoria and Lee Health. BTW.....there were times in the past when I waited [ ] for an appointment with not one person approaching me to explain. Consequently, I left. (My time is important also). Not so this time. I applaud whatever you're doing to correct this as well as the friendly helpful staff interaction.
