Victoria's "bedside manner" refreshing. She answered all my questions and I liked her [ ]. I never felt rushed or dissatisfied. Thank you Victoria and Lee Health. BTW.....there were times in the past when I waited [ ] for an appointment with not one person approaching me to explain. Consequently, I left. (My time is important also). Not so this time. I applaud whatever you're doing to correct this as well as the friendly helpful staff interaction.

Victoria was extremely helpful. She looked up side effects on one of my medications before entering the treatment room and made a recommendation on changing to another drug in order to alleviate symptoms I have been dealing with for almost a year. I don’t know if the change will help, but she cared enough to find a possible solution to a long standing problem.
