Staff was very professional and I liked Dr Soong and the other people I dealt with. UAB is my preference for any medical issue that I have.

Great Visit! Dr Soong is fantastic. Short waiting time. Biggest problem is parking, takes a long time to get a spot and get in to see the doctor. It adds at least 15 minutes to travel time.

Dr. Soong is the most thorough dermatologist I’ve ever seen! I’ve seen her for about 17 years and the couple of times I’ve seen another provider, I always end up going back to Dr. Soong.

Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish, with the exception of parking, of course. Going to the hospital for a derm appointment feels pretty sterile, but otherwise great.

I was seen shortly upon arrival at scheduled appointment time (thanks for not making me wait!). Staff were friendly. Dr. Soong is one of the best physicians I have seen at UAB Medicine. She is direct, informative, very thorough, and has a good sense of humor that helps put you at ease during the exam. She was very mindful of patient privacy which was appreciated so much. She finds things other physicians miss and that saves lives. For those who read these messages, I hope you will (1) share with her and her boss; and (2) please find a meaningful way to really recognize how outstanding she is to her patients as well as how well she represents the organization. I wish she could be cloned!
