I have been seeing Dr Soong for about ten years and have always had excellent results. Her patient interaction skills are excellent. She does a very good job explaining her findings in terms patient's can understand.

I have been using Dr. Soong for years, she is very thorough , very personable and very friendly, also the fellowship Dr. was very friendly and thorough, hate the parking deck, that is the worst part.

Dr. Soong showed concern and explained my situation very well letting me know I had options for urgent/emergencycare and that she is also available on the portal. She has been consistently great every visit.

Other than an inordinate amount of very slow traffic in the deck this time, Whitaker Clinic staff, nurses and especially Dr. Soong make my semi-annual appointments worth the drive to downtown. Iām very pleased with my care.

The doctor was not in. They had to reschedule. They didn't tell me until after I checked in and undressed in the exam room. Seems like they should know if the doctor is not in and could have called or texted to reschedule.

Totally impressed with my experience. From Steve in parking lot, to receptionist at desk, to all medical people that I dealt with while in back waiting to see Dr. Soong. She answered all my questions and gave instructions that i understood.
I immediately called family members when I got finished and gave them the phone number because I know of at least 2 family members looking for a new dermatologist. They are planning on making appointments this week. I look forward to future appointments with Dr. Soong instead of dreading them. š
