had to wait 1.5hours from appointment time to see resident and begin appointment. I was pleased with care received. wait was too long. and my 2 new prescriptions have not been sent to my pharmacy.

The wait time is always long, even if you arrive in plenty of time (2:15 for a 3 p.m. appt, get in a room at 3:30). But the service is good.

Always kind and thorough. However the lady making appointments could be a little more understanding, had to change ours while we were there and it seemed she was a little aggravated.
