From Introduction by Triage ,to the resident Doctor [ ] all the way to Doctor Vera Soong everyone is outstanding! Everyone at the Practice is very personable and makes you feel relaxed.
As far as Reception, they could be a little bit more congenial. We don't expect them to be enthusiastic. However, they could at the very least greet you when you arrive.

Extremely competent doctors with excellent communication skills - both Dr Soong and Dr [ ]. I have been a patient of Dr Soong for 10+ years and now drive from North Alabama because of her treatment and care.

The young, female doctor who did my initial assessment and also performed my procedures was excellent in every way. She and Dr Soong make a fabulous team.
The Whitaker Clinic runs like a well oiled machine. Every person Involved in my appointment, from check in to scheduling follow up appointments was friendly, listened well, was courteous and competent. The facility was spotless. The temperature in the waiting room and exam room was comfortable. I cannot stress enough how excellent the care is. I actually look forward to my visits!

I feel I received top notch professional care. I was diagnosed, treated and sent for prescription. All good. I had a team and really like the way they communicated with me so I could understand.
