I know that Dr. Vaux felt a little uncomfortable taking over for Dr. Jin, because of her skiing accident. I feel confident and trusting of Dr. Vaux, Grateful that I could see him so quickly.

The provider overall seems competent but had he taken the time to listen to me and my medical issues. Contacted providers if he had concerns and actually put me as a patient before his ego it would have been appreciated.

I am very upset that I had to even go see Dr Vaax when I specifically called back on 10/11/23 at 10 am to make sure he did arthroscopic surgery. They called me back 4 hours later to tell me that he did. I arrive at my appointment 10/16 and Dr Vaax said that he does NOT do arthroscopic surgeries! I had already seen another Orthopedic surgeon who told me it’s probably a torn meniscus and that he did not do arthroscopy! So because of the office incompetence, I wasted Dr Vaax time and my time and MY MONEY to see him. I looked at what they wrote in the notes too and it was NOT even close to what I asked them. So I have to pay for another visit for NOTHING!!! They were incredibly incompetent !

Every time I have gone to a Saint Alphonsus facility I have been very impressed. They are organized, efficient, very friendly. I came from California and am not used to such good care
