I felt that the NP listened and explained everything I asked about. I really appreciated the extra time she took to talk to me about my health.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Yes the practitioner Sherry that seen was very knowledgeable. Went over all my records, and listened to me about my pain and respiratory problems. She spent alot of time with me. Im a retired RN and usually picky on the Dr or PA, and she was excellent.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. That was as good as it gets, thorough, kind, great listener, and had great plans for all my issues

Sherry seemed genuinely interested in helping me and listened to everything I had to say. She used my info to help me exactly the way I needed to be helped

I have a rare condition going on, both with my heart and abdominal issues. They're hard to explain and take time to work through. I feel awful taking more time than usual to explain them to NP Vaughn, But she is always patient and helps me understand my options in a clear way that I can understand. You truly found a gem. She and Doctor are the only practioners in my circle that really hear me.

Sherry, the NP was excellent. Sometimes people are nervous about seeing the nurse practioner and would rather talk to the doctor. I felt absolutely taken care of on my visit, she seemed as knowledgeable as a doctor. I left feeling really good about my appointment.

First time I saw SHERRY VAUGHN, FNP-C and was very impressed with her and how open and how she made me feel so comfortable. I could tell with her questions that she asked that she was concerned about me. I also liked her written instructions that were given to me before I left the office.

As far as I was concerned I was totally pleased.

I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone involved was professional and courteous, especially Sheri Vaughn, who treated me. After a thorough examination, I was on my way with a new prescription. Feeling great, and enjoying our family vacation.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Sherry made me feel extremely comfortable during exam and friendly yet professional. Discussing topics that may have felt personal or uncomfortable was not awkward at all. I would welcome seeing her at any future visits.
