I asked about the weight loss shot and she completely ignored me on it and then told the assistant that I was going to have to make another appointment on it when she knew that my insurance would not cover a 2nd appointment

When I asked a question I didnt really. Know about she. Listened and answered so I did understand and when I asked if I could have my blood work down in Muskegon where it is easier for me to she was glad to do that.

Seriously this lady needs a raise! I felt very comfortable and not judged. She listened and showed concern about the things that I presented her with. She made sure to go ABOVE AND BEYOND what most doctors would. I am VERY appreciative and grateful for the care she gave me.

Again, I felt heard and understood. Like my concerns were important after some time feeling frustrated and upset. My Husband and I both see Carly but ill be switching to Grace. I definitely like Carly, just felt more of a connect with and confidence in Grace
