The provider Jennifer Bradley and the Tech Joe were very professional and helpful it was the 8am appointment that was a problem because I didn't get the tech until after 9am and the receptionist at the front desk has no personality no smile at all. The tech stated that he gets to work at 9am but the the office insists on making 8am appointments. This is very inconvenient and inconsiderate of the patients to schedule one hr before the tech comes in.

Sat in waiting room for 1 1/2 hours before being called back. Seemed to be overbooked as the waiting room was packed and other people had been there for over an hour. This was in the AM and I had a 9:45 appt.

My little one had a wound that was hard to hear that needed immediately attention. Dr Martin and his team talk to me carefully about what they saw and gave me hope but also inform me that they would do their best for what I was asking them to do. I was crying and they was compassion and I always trust and believe and whatever he feel and his team feel is best. I appreciate this whole team. Jennifer, Ms Laura, and a few more including his secretary. they have religious overwhelmed me with support and guiding and compassion and understanding. they will be my go-to person if I personally had to deal with something in any matter. thanks so much for adding him to Phoebe Putney Memorial.

The scans were done and the surgery went better than I expected it to! I had it done on Thursday and returned to work on Monday with no problems! Stuff and Doctors are very helpful and most concerned about the way you feel as far as pain and well as your mental state!! Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in this matter!!!

The female PA and Dr. Martin were very courteous and attentive. The PA explained everything to me in detail, which was appreciated. I never felt rushed. Excellent communication. A most enjoyable experience.
