The Dr Constantino is absolutely fantastic! He cares about his patients not like PCP who doesn't. His staff is always top notch and Autumn Martin is so good at her job and both the Dr and Autumn make you feel as if your their only patient

This was the first time I met Dr C and his staff. They were all kind and professional. Dr C alleviated my concerns and I felt much better after speaking to him. I would not hesitate to go back to see him, in the future, if necessary.

He and his staff are the best I have been too. They are kind, understanding. Explained my health and what was needed to stay in track. Very kind, considerate. Was talked to like I was an actual person instead of just a case. Offered yearly follow ups. Willing to talk to my neurosurgeon and my RA Dr as well. Absolutely the top notch doctor. Wish more were like him and the staff.
