Both the nurse assistant and nurse practitioner were tolerant of my talking too much. I was concerned that I had not clearly described my symptoms because I kept bouncing around with describing my symptoms They both assured me that they had all my information and were very kind and informative.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The Doctor seemed a bit rushed and she didn’t give me a chance to explain my problem completely. I also wanted to discuss the possible oral surgery I might have to have to correct my fainting spells but she seemed more interested in moving on to the next patient.

I was very impressed with Jassy’s thorough examination she did on my shoulder. She showed me pictures of the problem I was having and how to treat the symptoms.

I was 100% impressed with Jaisey Varges knowledge about my condition. She took the time to thoroughly explain what the condition was and possible future treatments.

jaisy Varges is knowledgeable and thoughtful. She thoroughly reviewed my health history, explained options, and involved me in decisions. She is empathetic and decisive, NPs in this practice are outstanding.

Better listening to ongoing symptoms and how they may be related to recent diagnosis of pneumonia versus just attributing them to something else.

Jaisy is an amazing nurse practitioner!!!! Her communication skills are excellent. She is very knowledgeable and is so kind. She took the time to provide resources that were very helpful.

Dr. Vargas was wonderful. She has a great "bedside manner." She is very knowledgeable and interprets everything in a way that is easily understood.

Jaisy was both professional and personable making me feel that she was listening. Also made me comfortable with the results of my hospital, stay.

The doctor was horrible. I went in to be seen to discuss my mental health. The doctor made me feel even worse than I already did. This was the worst experience I have ever had with not only a doctor but a person that is supposed to help you.

Nurse Practioner Jaisey Varges did an excellent job explaining the degerative thoracic disc disease that i am experiencing in my back. She pulled up photos and showed me. She offered a script for PT and inflammatory meds. She was very thorough in the visit.

I am very happy with the care and concern that Jaisy has given me. She is very thorough with referring me to the appropriate doctors and tests needed for my health.

Ms Vargas was very good. She asked appropriate questions to determine the issues I was having. She showed me diagrams showing me how to use my inhaler more effectively. She was very firm about the chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia, which I appreciated and she showed me where that lab was located. I was very pleased with my experience

Both staff and Dr Jaisy are so nice and ultra well informed, I feel like I am in good hands with them. Staff is efficient and friendly and Dr. Jaisy is very thorough. I feel confident in her care.

I love Jaisy’s approach and demeanor. She provided natural solutions in conjunction with western medicine. Her assistant before the appointment was amazing and smart. She was professional and knew her job well. I felt safe and comfortable with them both.

Both Jaisy and her assistant were fantastic. It was the most thorough background health and symptoms screening I have had that then lead to a thorough exam, diagnosis, and course of action.

Jaisy was so wonderful and kind. She listened very carefully to everything I said and repeated back to me what she understood were my concerns to confirm we were on the same page. I felt heard and understood. She did an excellent job explaining after care instructions as well.
