Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Jaisey is professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable, as always. Medical student was helpful, efficient and a quick learner. Jaisey is an excellent teacher.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Jaisy was very nonchalant about what we should do. She said to start backing off on meds that he didn’t need, but she didn’t say what meds. We were very unsure how to proceed after this appointment

Jaisy Vargas is extraordinary. I would go to her first for any medical need if possible. She is knowledgeable, personable (we can joke and laugh). Here innate way of referring to various procedures which were done (My case CT scan Heart with Contrast, Stress Test, Vestibular issues ) and images taken explaining results and answer technical questions I had in depth. End Result: Happy Camper ! Great Work

Jaisy Varges DNP was on top of my issues at the very start. She impressed me that she knew exactly what to do. I want her to be my medical advisor. I gained such trust in her immediately and look forward to our appointments in the future. I thank GOD for her!

The level of care I received from Jaisy Varges was exceptional. She gave thorough explanations of the cause of my illness and the best treatment, and covered clearly what to do if I didn’t improve.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The NP was excellent and spent sufficient time with me plus was the first medical staffer to actually explain steps ahead and test resujts. I felt totally in the dark about my issues. The NP actually cared and explained at length . She is excellent .

My exorriencd was heartwarming and I felt I was finally getting some help!

The doctor her self was extremely nice and in addition to explaining my condition she also showed me what was going on with me. I was very pleased with my visit with her. Awesome

Jazy and associate were incredible. Knew how to ask about my situation and offer answers to calm me down and elucidate my problems. Better than any doctor I’ve seen. Jazy very knowledgeable about senior problems. Think so much of her.

Both the nurse assistant and nurse practitioner were tolerant of my talking too much. I was concerned that I had not clearly described my symptoms because I kept bouncing around with describing my symptoms They both assured me that they had all my information and were very kind and informative.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The Doctor seemed a bit rushed and she didn’t give me a chance to explain my problem completely. I also wanted to discuss the possible oral surgery I might have to have to correct my fainting spells but she seemed more interested in moving on to the next patient.

I was very impressed with Jassy’s thorough examination she did on my shoulder. She showed me pictures of the problem I was having and how to treat the symptoms.

Dr. Vargas was wonderful. She has a great "bedside manner." She is very knowledgeable and interprets everything in a way that is easily understood.
