Vanessa Hill is THE BEST! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her communication skills are great, great listener! I appreciate her time management-I never wait more than 5 minutes for appt. All of the staff demonstrate excellent customer service! Rebecca, Shahada, also pharmacist is always so nice/courteous.

I felt the appointment was unnecessary. They scheduled an appt for me to come in so they could renew a prescription. I received an email/call from a receptionist stating I needed a TB titer before I could get a refill, but that had already been completed. Having to make a trip to UAB at the end of a work day for no reason was really frustrating.

I deeply miss my retired rheumatologist. His CRNP is not an adequate substitute.
