I appreciate the non-judgmental, insightful and personal approach with my provider. I like walking out of an appointment feeling reassured that my provider was interested in talking with me and not rushed to just "check the boxes" and move on to the next patient. I felt like my concerns were heard and I gained information too.

Sara is a very dedicated NP, she explained every question I through at her about my issue, listened to everything I told her and explained to me what I can do to treat it, Sara's one provider that I actually look forward to seeing!

The only improvement You can make that I can think of is get new chairs in the waiting room. The ones there now sink down so low it’s extremely difficult to get out of them. So I prefer to just stay standing.
