I wish my doctor would’ve paid more attention instead of giving me nausea meds and sending me on my way because I ended up in the emergency room the next night and had to have emergency surgery to remove my appendix I am very unhappy

I didn’t feel heard. I’ve had (previous doctor) as my primary care physician for over a decade. He’s walked with me through horrible medical issues. I’m profoundly disappointed in the way I wasn’t listened to.

My prior physician at your facility left and Dr Vanderzwaag was assigned to me. She did not listen to what I was saying and I was interrupted and could not explain to her fully my needs. I was confused why she was taking over my other doctor’s orders and that was never explained to me. Felt I was not treated with respect.
