I appreciate the way he really listens to you and responds. I am aware of some doctors who don't listen to you and have their own agenda.

Dr Vanderkaay always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. Dr Vanderkaay tries to give me solutions to any problems that may come up. If a concern comes up he does his best to get me in a soon as possible to reduce time spent waiting.

Takes a whole team from the receptionist at the front to the nurse asst who takes ur intake info etc, then the doctor and the team that led me through the X-ray process. Everyone was on board. Nicely done.
