Dr. Vanderkaay has been my doctor since I moved to the United States over a decade ago, and in all that time, he has shown nothing but sincerity, kindness, and a true willingness to listen. That alone has earned my deepest trust and respect. He cares not only for me but for my entire family, and I know we are in good hands with him. I truly couldn’t ask for more in a doctor.

I understand it is practice-wide policy to only issue authorization for temporary handicapped parking permits. I believe this is not necessarily Dr. Vanderkaay's policy. I'm clearly disabled; I walk with a rollator, have drop foot, weakness in one leg, and poor balance, yet I have the added inconvenience of requesting a 6 month parking permit from the office, and then make an appointment with the SOS and have to stand in line for about a half hour there. This is extremely inconvenient and unreasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Vanderkaay, except for this issue.

The physical was supposed to be a complete physical, but it seems that the trend is moving away from the complete physical to an à la cart.

I not sure but a new patient set up and physical should have some digital rectal exam for a patient my age. Also, a game plan for managing my high blood pressure. I am a person with value. Computer screens check the boxes but how about the patient

My medical status is a source of continued frustration as different issues are commonalities. While Hx. is important, current issues continue to arise.......and that, slows the pace of comfortable daily living. Thank you for your support of my needs where it is possible for you to add to the outcome.

Understand that children are learning about the safety of their bodies. Explaining to kids that they are doing certain checkups for this reason and that mom will be staying in room and what they are checking for qhwn hands go south would have been beneficial
