I thought most of your survey questions weren't really relevant. The PA SIMPLY REVIEWED MY MEDICAL HISTORY AND TOOK MY BP. But I did thinK that her friendliness, attentiveness, Competence, and sense of humor were completely off the charts in the best way possible, and I said the same thing to Dr. Van Zyl. Speaking of which, I also told him that the reason he is still my primary physician after all these years is the genial, caring, and consultative approach he takes to our relationship and my health.

Dr. VanZyl is a wonderful provider he actively listens and understands his patients concerns. He provides top of the line care while maintaining a great bedside manner. He also is my husband's provider and we both appreciate everything he does for us. Great provider, we will be with him for the long haul.

Dr. Van Zy always listens to my concerns and is very thorough in his explanations of everything. I highly recommend using him as a primary care physician! His nurse was very attentive and friendly as well. A plus all around in my opinion!
