Courteous and professional

Very unresponsive as my condition worsened over the course of a week. Did not communicate my needs to the care team. Did not do anything to assist with diagnosis prior to me leaving on a remote strenuous backpacking trip. It is uncertain if I am medically cleared to perform the trip in my current condition. I have always had exceptional care at this location and this is my first time receiving bad patient care.
