I left the office with an excellent plan of care. Dr. VanNoord gave me the information I needed, let me select the type of therapy I wanted. She had already put in the referral and paperwork before I got home.

Dr. Van Noord is very thorough, offers a care plan, but let me discuss concerns. She answered all my questions and treated me like I was her only patient that day. Never rushed and always courteous and caring.

When we were in Florida for the winter Dr. Van Noord corresponded with me through the nurse and helped me with my illness. I really really appreciated that.
