She really listens to you and gives great holistic advice that is research-based. You can tell from talking with her that she loves what she does and she keeps up to date on new research to ensure she's giving well-informed advice.

Very thorough. She listens, shares educational knowledge and helpful information. She goes many extra steps above and beyond what is expected for exceptional patient care.
She is a very well education physician and stays on top of new treatments, etc.

I hate to see her leaving. She has been a very thorough and thoughtful health care ally after I had to leave my last physician after 50 years. She listens and always has useful advise for any issues I have.

Dr. Van Gemert has provided the best of care for the last 7-8 years. She's answered questions that I've had about test results and has even ordered additional blood work as a result of 'what she considered and turned out to be a faulty' result. Dr. V.G. is personable snd easy to talk to.
