Very pleasant experience.

The visit was very informative and we got what we were looking for. However, our appointment was on Tuesday. It is now Friday. I do not have my mom's medication. The Walmart pharmacy is supposed to have that. I've had to use my chart a couple of times to say, hey, it's not over there. And the response is, hey, we've sent it electronically and then kind of washed their hands of it. I've given a phone number for them to call and put it in. Walmart doesn't have it. I don't know where the disconnect is, but my mom doesn't have her medication for her ears and it has been four days. So it's Friday. I'm sure it will go without the weekend without it. Supposed to have a revisit in two weeks, so that's going to be postponed now, and my mom still doesn't have her meds. So that process is not working for me. I'm still not getting a great response other than they've done their ⁇

The visit was informative. The DR. was extremely kind and caring. She made us feel comfortable and gave us much to think about.

Dr was very informative and clear about what was needed for improving my situation.

Dr. Van Duyne was easy to talk to about my issue and not dismissive of my concerns. I appreciated the time she took to discuss all of my history and symptoms to figure out what I could do next to try to alleviate it.

Dr Van Duyne was very thorough and so helpful. She took time to explain so much to me. I was very happy with this entire appointment.

What a lovely Doctor, she listened to me carefully. I left confident she would find out what is causing my ear pain.

I really appreciate that she listens and actually had real recommendations and advice. She really knows what she is doing and I felt immediately that I could trust her!!
