I have always liked how Pam stays on schedule. When I book a late afternoon appointment I don't have to worry about a long wait due to a backup of patients from earlier appointments. I was in and out in MUCH less time than I was expecting and that's always a good thing as doctor's offices/hospitals aren't my favorite!
