Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Pam was very good , she knew the rules about what meds I can't mix together and able to get me a different one to help me what I was going thru after my mom passed. And telling me about a place that I could go to where I could talk to someone that was free . And that's what I needed just a ear to talk to . It was like she actually cared about my well-being and not just a number. Everyone there was very nice as always , but miss Pam I got to say is the best one there , I like my Doctor there and he's cool . But she probably best one up there .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don't think there much else they could do but maybe just keep out of that teams way and let them do what they do best . Maybe tell them Great job and tell them to keep up the good work !

I very much appreciate Pam Van Bevern seeing me on such short notice. Her diagnosis and remedy worked very well for me.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Pam was amazing, I felt like she included me in my plan of care and took time to really make sure my chart was updated. I feel like Pam actually cared. It was scary switching to BJC and for the past year I’ve missed my providers, but Pam renewed my faith in BJC and made me feel better about my decision to switch. I am grateful I was able to see her this year for my annual wellness visit.

I like having Pam as my primary she knows me she understands me. She’s very patient. She’s understanding she listens to me and she’s very helpful and I don’t know what I would actually do without her because she knows what she’s doing and she cares about her patience.
