It doesn't matter what day or time I come to visit Dr. Pam. She is amazing. I mean, she's just awesome. She listens to you. She doesn't put you off. She tries to find the best solution possible. And her staff, they are amazing. They always have a smile. They're always talking with you, as well as listening just as Dr. Pam. I would recommend her to anyone at any time. She is amazing and I love her.

My experience with this provider was horrible. She was very impatient. She didn't want to listen to nothing I had to say. And she was worried about her other patients. She actually said, let me see how many patients I'm behind. I thought that was very rude.

My regular doctor is out sick and luckily i saw another person who i had seen in that office years ago. It was nice to see her again and she remembered me. I feel confident in her treatment.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I very much do not appreciate a provider entering the room and immediately talking down to me or dismissing my thoughts and concerns. Pamela the PA, was just that way. She didn’t listen to me, and then tried to tell me that the concerns I had couldn’t be, when medical care otherwise indicated was very possible. She was supposed to be seeing me for an injury. Again was very dismissive, and seemingly not interested in my care or wellbeing whatsoever.

Pam was very good , she knew the rules about what meds I can't mix together and able to get me a different one to help me what I was going thru after my mom passed. And telling me about a place that I could go to where I could talk to someone that was free . And that's what I needed just a ear to talk to . It was like she actually cared about my well-being and not just a number. Everyone there was very nice as always , but miss Pam I got to say is the best one there , I like my Doctor there and he's cool . But she probably best one up there .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don't think there much else they could do but maybe just keep out of that teams way and let them do what they do best . Maybe tell them Great job and tell them to keep up the good work !
