Know your patient. A waste of time to come monthly and than have doctor spend less than 10 minutes with you. Addressing patient concerns. Give patient a copy of blood work and other tests.

Seems like communication within the office, outside drs and specialists is non existent. If your sent out for a test I believe the dr specifically should be responsible for following up with whom they sent you too. Also if you have medications that come from an outside pharmacy they should be addressed immediately so the patient doesn't run out. I see a terrible time laspe in communication within Jen Care. I began there as I was told I my needs would be addressed by specialists within the office. This has yet to exists. I've been here 2.5 years and they never got my old records that I signed off for when I began. I see a serious issue with addressing a patients health without knowing there complete history. Not really satisfied at this time. Individualy Dr and staff are nice and generally concerned. Definitely need better system to get you in and followed up with.

There is too much turn over with the doctors and the assistants. You're not given info about your tests and they want you to come back too often.

The staff is caring, knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. Tosha Reid is the best! She’s helped me a great deal. She an amazing person and an exceptional physician. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical care.

Hiring 2 more ANP. JenCare have the best I’ve ever seen and I have seen al lot at 73 lol. JenCare’s nurse practitioners need more time so we can talk about mental health a hard subject and harder to talk about
