I have like so long having doctors that have not listened, and rushed me out without answers. Every single person I have met has been so understanding and helpful. Dr Wood and her team had me laughing and feeling comfortable and confident that I was in great hands from the start. I have never felt so well cared for in my life.

I trust Dr Woods and her team more than anyone else. They are stellar and like how they provide very accurate visual aids to show me in a way I can understand what is happening/going on and help walk me through the process.

Dr. Wood is great! She really helps me with my sinus issues and has given me tools to try to ward off new infections.

Dr. Wood is a singularly outstanding physician. My primary doctor referred me to her when I had contracted a severe sinus infection that threatened my hearing. Her knowledge and patience gave me great confidence in her ability and quality as a physician. I have happily recommended her to a half dozen friends, some of whom I know have sought her as their own ENT physician. She listens to her patients and is conservative with treatment, never hurried with examination and never condescending toward her patient’s concerns, questions or opinions.

Dr. Woods draws pictures for you and then she shows you the x-ray. Also, which I think is awesome.

Dr. Valerie Wood is both an awesome doctor and an awesome person. She makes a patient feel extremely cared for and confident in her skills. I’ve never met a physician like her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an ENT.

From the front desk staff to Dr. Wood, everyone was quite pleasant. I trust Dr. Wood 100%, and although I know there are other patients to be seen, she always listens and answers questions without being dismissive or rushed. I had a minor procedure that was done seamlessly and left there with a solid understanding of next steps.

Dr. Wood is always such a joy to work with. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she spoke so kindly directly to my child, including her in health care discussions and decisions. The office staff was also very kind and greeted us with a smile. It means more than you know.

Everyone treated me very nicely and they do that to me each time I come. The nurses, the clerk, the doctor, she is the best, my doctor, and I love her very much. She's very good with what she do. And thank you.

Dr. V. Wood ‘s bedside manner , so to speak, is respectful, compassionate and kind.
She listens attentively each time I have visited her and is a very bright ENT specialist.
I think , Dr. Vallery Wood is a great asset to the St. Luke’s health systems.

I’m a 40+ year RN and I understand taking care of elderly people ( one of whom I’m rapidly becoming) is sometimes a thankless and exhausting endeavor due to multiple ailments.
Dr Wood complimented me and treated me as an individual.

I was treated very well. The problem that I was having, they took care of it and suggestions given. And she even solved a problem that I didn't think would be something that they could do and offered to take care of it. And so I know now how to get it taken care of.
