From the front desk staff to Dr. Wood, everyone was quite pleasant. I trust Dr. Wood 100%, and although I know there are other patients to be seen, she always listens and answers questions without being dismissive or rushed. I had a minor procedure that was done seamlessly and left there with a solid understanding of next steps.

Dr. Wood is always such a joy to work with. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she spoke so kindly directly to my child, including her in health care discussions and decisions. The office staff was also very kind and greeted us with a smile. It means more than you know.

Dr. Valerie Wood and her staff are amazing! She listen to me and explained everything in a way that was understandable but also with compassion. She built trust in the first visit. Her team was just as patient and caring.

Everyone treated me very nicely and they do that to me each time I come. The nurses, the clerk, the doctor, she is the best, my doctor, and I love her very much. She's very good with what she do. And thank you.

Dr. V. Wood ‘s bedside manner , so to speak, is respectful, compassionate and kind.
She listens attentively each time I have visited her and is a very bright ENT specialist.
I think , Dr. Vallery Wood is a great asset to the St. Luke’s health systems.

I’m a 40+ year RN and I understand taking care of elderly people ( one of whom I’m rapidly becoming) is sometimes a thankless and exhausting endeavor due to multiple ailments.
Dr Wood complimented me and treated me as an individual.

I was treated very well. The problem that I was having, they took care of it and suggestions given. And she even solved a problem that I didn't think would be something that they could do and offered to take care of it. And so I know now how to get it taken care of. I was just very impressed and very pleased. Thank you so much.

Dr. Valerie Wood is kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I trust her to treat my condition (tumors on parotid glands, both sides of my face). She also does a great job getting the wax out of my ears, something I am unable to do myself. I consider her a dear friend.

Dr. Valerie Wood was amazing. I immediately felt at ease. She was thoughtful, thorough and I listened to my concerns. I’m 70 years old and have had sinus issues my entire life. I’ve been to many ENTs but she was the first one that made me feel as though I was actually heard and valued not only as a patient but as a person. I appreciate that kind of care. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.
