She sometimes doesn’t listen to everything I have to say and it can be frustrating at times. She is thorough and genuinely cares.

This was an unusual occurrence, but I found it difficult to communicate with Dr. Katial who seemed to be upset about my having not completed my bone density scan. I did explain that I had scheduled an appointment which had been canceled, but the interaction overall seemed negative.

Dr Katial is knowledge, caring and friendly. She took extra time to ensure all my questions were answered, this was my first visit with her after my cancer diagnosis. She was much better than my oncologist. She listened and provided options
