Did not discuss test results that she ordered. I brought up the test results myself. She did not comment on the results. I had to ask her . Not prepared and thus shows not a lot of concern.

She is knowledgeable in her field but sometimes rushes to get out to next patient. Doesn’t say us much on our health condition unless we deliberately ask questions and Doesn’t even give us time to think and ask questions. She will be great for someone who just wants to know What they need to do better without worrying much about the Why or How.

Please spend some time with the patients and explain what’s really been going on. It might be the first time we are ever needing to go to hospitals so please don’t assume we know all the basics. Clearly explain the medical condition we have, try to explain why and how we ended up in this situation. Explain what’s in the medication you’re prescribing to us and why we should take it for long time though we are not experiencing the issue anymore. Please be willing to spend some time with your patients rather than rushing to get out to next patient. That makes us feel so unwelcome and that you don’t really care for us, though you might do.

Dr. Bhan noticed the swelling in my ankles & feet & addressed the issue. (I had been in contact with my Primary Care Physician twice prior to this visit) She took time with me & explained what was happening to me in clear terms.

Although one of the doctor's there had an emergency & had to leave, I only had to wait & additional few moments before the doctor came into see me. She did not rush me, but let me explain things thoroughly & addressed my concerns.

I needed an order for a new CPAP machine since mine quit. I was able to get a virtual appointment promptly and the office acted on her order quickly. My CPAP s on the way!
