Dr Urakov is OUTSTANDING ( so is Dr Barth A.[ ], best doctors ever !!! ) Dr Urakov has been the best surgeon to fix my back !! Recommended him and U of M every chance I get !!

Dr urakov was excellent. All the staff was excellent getting an appointment was impossible and he was surprised at how difficult it was. I had to have a fellow doctor get me in. I don’t think that you health makes their professionals accessible even if you have a PPO. There were appointments available there is just the process to get an appointment which is not helpful. Office was easy though finding it difficult and staff needs to be available at major turns. Signage visibility is bad need to get some pop up banners announcing major offices where space allows. Offices are empty. Have always found that at UHealth. There is plenty of time for the provider because they don’t. Have a lot of patients. I feel bad for the people who desperately need to see a Doctor Who don’t get in because of the roadblocks through the appointment setting people. Urakov is A+ experience. Much more appreciative than similar doctor at mt Sinai practice

Providers recognize me as a unique person with unique requirements. Medical Decisions are made with the utmost patient knowledge. Doctors stand by their recommendations and automatically appeal insurance denials . Most of all TRUST.

I think you offer one of the best healthcare and professional service that I have experienced here in South Florida. I tell everyone I meet. Dr. Urakov is a excellent doctor as well as everyone that that checks me in, take my vitals. Perform my xray and gives me my discharge instructions. Everyone is amazing.

I just hope that Dr. Urakov has the opportunity to train many more doctors to be like him, because the way he practices medicine seems to be a lost art and his caliber of care and knowledge are well above average. I will definitely tell anyone I know that needs brain or spine care to make an appointment at this practice, because you can’t find a better place to truly be taken care of!

I was told by a previous neurosurgeon there wasn't much they could do for me at Cleveland clinic and just to lose weight and hope. The x-rays and the reviews of my MRI and CAT scan by Dr. Yurikov was excellent and more professional than previous at Cleveland clinic. They gave me no hope. But they can't provide what they don't have. You have the best facility offering services other hospitals don't. They can only provide limited services depending on what they have at their hospital. I wish I had come to you first. It would have saved me a year of pain.
