This practice is busy, but you wouldn’t know it. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful no matter how busy it is on any particular day. dr. bains is careful, kind, and an excellent clinician. I trust her with my vision care, and her nurses are equally knowledgeable and everyone is happy to answer any questions I may have

I personally think the Ophthalmology Dept. space in the physician's office bldg. is inadequate the rooms are too small & everything seemed very cramped & gave one the feeling that things were disorganized or unkempt.

Dr. Bains was absolutely fantastic. She was able to explain my medical issue to me along with the different remedies available. She took the time to answer all of my questions and treated me with the utmost respect. I feel that I was very lucky to have Dr. Bains as my treating physician.

This was the very first time I've been to Jeanes Hospital, and to see Dr. Bain as a Glaucoma Specialist. Very thorough, friendly, professional. We enjoyed our Doctor/Patient discussions. After a complete check up, she let me know my pressures were good, no glaucoma, cataracts minimal. She did note in my chart the need of prescription reading glasses. I would so love to continue with Dr. Bain as my Glaucoma Specialist. It did not feel like a visit to the doctor, rather a friend's or family's home. [...]
