Appreciated how down to earth and easy to understand Dr. Matar was. Seen providers in the past who look bored, robotic, unsympathetic. Their explanation is too complex and goes over your head. Dr. Matar took the time to describe options, expectations, and concerns. She provided step by step idea of how the procedure would go and didn’t seem rushed or needy to go tend to another patient right away. She took her time, was personable, and understanding.

Everyone was super nice and caring. First time at this facility so I was a little overwhelmed.
