Dr.was unbelievable and so was the woman that questioned me before I saw him. I'm not an easy man to make happy or convince that your a good doctor. Let me tell you this pair is incredible, knowledgeable and l Will be his patient for life. You won't be sorry take my word for it he is a winner.

Dr. Akbar is exceptional. The office staff, from scheduling to ordering prescriptions, is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced.

Dr. Akbar and his are very professional courteous and hold on depth knowledge about their specialty. Dr. Akbar spent great deal of time going over all the prognosis and reports. Explained everything with great detail. Thanks Doc and team you guys rock.

Dr. Akbar spent well over an hour with me on my first visit with him. Not only did we discuss my medical history, I was given a complete and thorough exam for my condition. He gave me easy to understand results as to what he saw regarding my condition as well as several possible progressions of my RBD. I was also given good advice as to various ways to help myself slow any progression as well as information to what to watch for if and when my condition worsens. I left feeling not only very comfortable with Dr. Akbar but thankful for the time spent with me and the information provided

The only negative is the impossibly long time it takes by phone to speak to somone with a question our concern.

Yes, my only problem is it's very difficult to be able to reach anybody in the group. Any phone call doesn't go to a live person. Of course, the answering service at night, it took me a couple of weeks to get my first appointment because I couldn't get a call to someone. That's my only complaint.

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL - ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THE DIFFICULTY REACHING THE OFFICE DURING HOURS - GOES TO SERVICE AND CALLS DO NOT GET RETURNED IN A TIMELY MANNER - MAYBE THE STAFF NEEDS MORE HELP

I was very happy with Dr. Akbar. He was very informative, very nice, and he helped me a great deal, and I'll be glad to have found him. And the facility is a beautiful building to go to.

This was our first experience at this facility. The front desk and nursing staff were courteous and helpful. Dr. Akbar was extremely patient, respectful and knowledgeable of our concerns and questions. He listened and not once did he make us feel rushed. We were grateful to not have to wait 6-8 months to schedule a follow up appointment. We left feeling thankful and positive with hope of help.
