I don't give excellent markings because i believe that there is always room for improvement. Sometimes when people or places get excellent markings they stop striving to do better.

Great!! Just received a call from the office, informing me about an ‘a-fib’ occurrence in the last 24hrs…..they were checking on my well-being, I really appreciate that!!!

Really liked p.a., wasnt as thrilled with 'bedside manner' displayed by the doctor. Felt she was short, rude, made assumptions about my case without first investigating the facts. Didnt seem to want to take time to explain details.
