Dr Cote explain the procedure to me, when exactly as he planned. For somebody like myself was in pain for 16 months and he cured the problem.

The thorough examination Dr Green provided was comprehensive and helped me feel more confident moving forward. When compared to the previous neurosurgeons who rushed through the motions and felt like a conveyer belt pushing out patients, it was a far superior experience.

Dr urakov was excellent. All the staff was excellent getting an appointment was impossible and he was surprised at how difficult it was. I had to have a fellow doctor get me in. I don’t think that you health makes their professionals accessible even if you have a PPO. There were appointments available there is just the process to get an appointment which is not helpful. Office was easy though finding it difficult and staff needs to be available at major turns. Signage visibility is bad need to get some pop up banners announcing major offices where space allows. Offices are empty. Have always found that at UHealth. There is plenty of time for the provider because they don’t. Have a lot of patients. I feel bad for the people who desperately need to see a Doctor Who don’t get in because of the roadblocks through the appointment setting people. Urakov is A+ experience. Much more appreciative than similar doctor at mt Sinai practice

One negative-10 week post-op appt was arranged many weeks ahead. We were told X-ray would be taken at the appt. 4-5 days prior to the appt we received a call to schedule the X-ray. There were no appts to accommodate our 1 1/2-2 hr travel time & appt time. Very disappointing. After several calls, I spoke to a very sharp rep who offered an X-ray appt at Sylvester Cancer Ctr. Great thinking out of the box!
