I would definitely refer Dr. Pinzon. However, his schedule is so full that he doesn’t have many clinic hours, so appointments need to be made far in advance.

Educated Physician, with very good bedside manners, pays attention to detail, demonstrated investigative initiative to measure the level of understanding of his patient, provided knowledgeable answers evidence based, proved to use his critical thinking skills to evaluate decision taking on caution versus one for all answer. Seems experienced and did not appeared rushed. Dr Jean Michel Panneton allowed me to over come fear to make a decision to allow further examination at the vascular clinic at UM.He is trained at respected Universities and that gave me peace of mind as I am fearful of invasive procedures.
