The security guard was very pleasant..the nurse that took my vitals was also personal and pleasant..Cicere (spelling is by memory) the admin representative was very, very pleasant..But the doctor that I saw was Outstanding..her name was Dr. Braum (spelling may not be correct)..she was very personal and understanding..

Didn't appear that there was enuff staff to care for all the patients especially during flu season. Patients who come in with contagious illness (sneezing, coughing, etc) should be required to wear masks. They should be provided. I was concerned that I would catch an illness that other patients had when I came in for leg pain.

I love all the new Emergency and Urgent Care facilities around Jacksonville. Much more convenient, plus the wait times are much shorter.

The staff was good but I didn't get results for my uti and I might have said it wrong but I wasn't checked about I think it's your uterus is starting to stick out but it might not have been important but other than that it was good

This is always my first stop when I'm not well. Wait time is excellent and the staff is GREAT! Seems like everyone is concern and care about your health.

I know how busy you are but we, as patients, we need urgent care that's the reason why we step in to your door.. Pay a little bit attention and be friendly. The nurse that's taking the vital needs to be a little bit friendly. Doctors/PA needs to listen to their patient and not assume. I can feel my own pain that is bothering me.

I was well taken care of from the moment I stepped in to the facilities . Everyone was most tentatively to my needs and explained what was going on very clearly.

We went there for urgent care but was treated as ER. So many tests were given when all I asked for was screening for UTI. As a consequence co pay was very high. I understand the rationale but we're they all truly necessary. Also why are the vitals not included in the MyChart?

I'm small,given a boot medium,delivered by a male pt or nurse, but I needed a small never walked after he put on me., n bed size med no more available. When another nurse said I was discharged I didn't see any at check, in at front. to ask ..waited 10 min. Left..I was disappointed, too big..boot.. 3x I almost fell again..other then that..Great job..CANT BLAME A NURSE OR PT ..IF SUPPLIES NOT THERE..HE ATLEAST TRIED...

They had me sitting in a room waiting for my blood work to come back & they never took it to the lab because it was left in the room with me nurse came in & ask me who took the urine sample in order to find out where it was I was not happy about that at all

When we arrived, we didn't wait long to be seen by a nurse and a doctor. They are very efficient , the doctor and the nurse stayed with me till I get better . Excellent service.

Reception check in was very pleasant. Technology. Lady was very very very pleasant. All the nurses were very pleasant. The doctor seemed in a rush and didn't seem concerned about all the reasons I came to urgent care. . Also the TV wasn't working.

Love that the Urgent Care and ER are housed together for ease of treatment after Triage of problem without having to go to a separate site.

The facility is always nice and clean. The staff is friendly on every visit. Another kiosk could be added to make the check in smoother when it gets busy.

Reception staff was not friendly and did not look up from computer the whole time to greet or ask for proper registration information. The dr who saw me was very unsure about what i had and could not give proper treatment .

When I was reluctant to go to the hospital after a serious fall the Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Dept. Recommended UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care. I found the facility to be no different than any other ER except without the craziness or waiting times.A room was immediately available as were two nurses to asses my condition. Soon after the doctor arrived to do her assessment and to tell me her plan of action was and what to expect next.No sooner was that completed than I was whisked over to X-Ray for a full upper body CT scan, then it was right back to my room. Warm blankets were made available on request.It was a bit of a wait for the results, made to feel even longer with nothing to watch as the cable system was down (boo hoo) or read, not even a promo pamphlet so I just laid there wishing someone would come in with time to talk; I know, a bit unrealistic in an Emergency Room.Once results were available a nurse arrived to go over them as well as my discharge orders. It was now nearly 0300 and it was very cold outside, which I was not dressed for. I had arranged for an Uber ride but they let me stay in the room rather than having to wait in the much colder lobby, or God forbid, outside.As you can tell, this wasn't your typical ER visit. Far, far more efficient. No waiting for a room or to be seen by nursing staff and a doctor. Time was taken to explain what was going to take place and what to expect. I received almost instantaneous responses to nursing calls/requests and everyone was friendly! No, certainly not your typical ER.

i wish i knew upfront that my insurance would not be covering my visit. instead i was told that this would be considered a normal urgent care visit until emergency services were needed

Jaylen broke her arm on Thanksgiving riding her scooter. UF Health ED was amazing with her. Jaylen was more afraid of not playing softball than her actual arm being broken but Dr. Bryant assured her she would be OK and back to playing softball STAT. Dr. Laurie Bryant was an absolute joy. Thank you for making this holiday experience a calming one. Jaylen experienced a "Dinner Fork" break. Only at Thanksgiving (ha ha) would this happen. Thank you UF Health.

i understand I'm not the only patient. I arrived around 8:30 pm and was ushered in rather quickly. Xrays were done efficiently. Then I waited at least 3 1/2 hours to be given crutches.

The attending dr did not even examine me. Dino one listed to chest, heart, etc. other than BO and O2 measurement. Presented rash on hands and feet and wasn't examine other than from distance. Dr was very nice. Staff was great

The process was all seamless and times were great UNTIL we had to wait for discharge. The doctor had the images but not official read the doctor to discharge time was too long. We had to ask when we were going to be released before someone ever came back into the room.

The facility is very clean and modern and the reception and medical team were great. My only compliant and hesitancy to return was how long the visit took. I arrived to a completely empty waiting room and the receptionist told me it was a very slow day for them. Nevertheless, it took 2 hours for me to be seen by a doctor and receive medication. Improve that and this facility will be great.

Was told I was faking my illness while in excruciating pain just to go home and end up losing control over my bowels mind you I'm 22yrs old that's not common

The emergency room team was very professional and friendly from the moment I entered the building until I left. Everyone was very helpful. The nurses and doctor were very knowledgeable and eager to help me. This is not my first time here, and they always take great care of me, which is why I keep coming back. I am very grateful for their compassion and attentiveness.

I just moved to Jacksonville and live in the area. As a senior it is very comforting to know that the UF Health Emergency and Urgent Care facility is there if and when I need it.

Nurse practioner orescribed zpac, steroid and diflucan but only called in the first two Rxs. the publix pharmacist contacted the facility but no one responded. Poor follow through. in addition, there was no one other patient in urgent care but I waited quite a bit before and after the NP visied.

They didn't even check my urine which I went to a walk in clinic and that was the first thing they did. I had severe UTI. They gave me antibiotics and I'm back to normal. All UF was interested in was running cat scan to r/o stroke which the doctor said was not likely. They needed the bed is what they told me. Gave me Compazine IV and script for anniversary and sent me home. I will not ever go there again and I definitely won't recommend to anyone.
