The entire staff was amazing from the time I walked in until the time I walked out, but I have to give an extra thank you to Jordan and Ms. Georgia they both were amazing they really made me comfortable with the situation I came in for. Ms Georgia even allowed me to squeeze her hand during the procedure and talked me through it and I really appreciated that because I was scared and nervous. They were amazing.

The staff at the checkout was so nice. They ran out of patient bags and the young lady went in the back just to find one for me, so I won't walk out with a bra in my hands.

This is not my first time and each time the people from the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors have been outstanding. I don't know any other ER that can get you in and out so quickly and yet make you feel comfortable about their care

The care was great from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered that day was absolutely amazing. As a nurse I was so impressed with my care. I didn’t disclose I was a nurse so that really showed me that everyone gets excellent care.

I was in physical pain when I came into the facility with a UTI. The The security guard was very helpful and so was the rep at the front desk. I did not have to wait long before I was assisted to a room.

Everyone was very helpful. I was taken right back, and the nurse got me checked in and it wasn’t but five or 10 minutes before the doctor came in. She ordered x-rays. Everybody explained everything it was just a very pleasant experience, even though when you go to the ER you’re not really That good sometimes.

They did more me than my family doctor who refused to try and give me a appointment when I could not hold my urine for five days and the doctor helped me and they are more control and almost back to normal with a antibiotic did the trip and referred to a specialist thank yoi
