From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!

The ER was clean and orderly. Doctors were through. This is the first visit to this ER. Everyone was friendly and helpful in treatment and registering to be seen. Discharge process was very good.

Happy with a diagnosis and how the doctor and NP from the cardiac department explained things to me. I was sent home with a multi-page document explaining pericarditis. The discharge paperwork was easy and explicit in what to do next and also listed my medications.

Comfortable waiting room, clean restroom, close to home. Didn’t have to wait too long. Received a follow up call regarding a change in antibiotic that was sent to my pharmacy.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful for seeing my daughter and I at the same time since we both were in for the same situation. The facility got busy and it seemed that discharging me became a lower priority as other patients were prioritized.

I think the care could have been better. The nurse practitioner wasn't even going to clean my wound because I said I had used hydrogen peroxide on it before I got there. Other than taking xrays and the tetantus booster, she just patched me up and was brief with instructions for further care.

My medical need was addressed as soon as possible. Staff was very attentive and gave me information on my health. They were very pleasant and assisted me with all needs and questions. I was admitted and stayed in the ED overnight and transfered to North.
