The nurse, Faith, was so amazing. I swear I felt more calm whenever she entered the room. She was patient with me. She had incredible bedside manner, and made me feel like she actually cared. One of the best nurses I’ve ever come across ever receiving care. The doctor was fantastic too, she really made me feel like she cared and thoroughly investigated my issue. She did everything she could

Usually when we have had to go the staff is amazing, front desk doctors nurses everyone is great. This last time the physician assistant wasn’t very good. She was hard to understand didn’t listen to my concerns. The nurse who took me back was great .

I had a very good experience here at UF - after spending 200+ at cvs minute clinic with incorrect antibiotics given - the nurse and doctors at UF were able to diagnose treat and give me the correct medication. Process in and out was very swift - I don’t think I waited more than 15-20 minutes at any point without the next nurse/doctor coming to get me to move to the next area - very impressed and will be back if needed - I was in and out in about 2 hours maybe less

It was an absolutely amazing experience, everyone was pleasant and brother professional. The atmosphere is very relaxed and reassuring for those that go in with concerns and medical issues. When one is not feeling well engine the kindness of another person makes other difference in the world.

Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We have been going to legacy er for 20 years and never had the issue. When trying to leave and discharge out person wasn’t there and waited for awhile and when finally came back they was not friendly. Horrible customer service at front desk. Nurses and doctor were great. Need new front staff!

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!

The ER was clean and orderly. Doctors were through. This is the first visit to this ER. Everyone was friendly and helpful in treatment and registering to be seen. Discharge process was very good.
