This is the best place that could have ever happened, at least for me. I hate going to the hospital. I have lupus. I'm very sick with a lot of issues, but lately I've had a large kid. Kidney Stone, I've had to go twice within 4 days, and that is rare for me. And they took care of my pain immediately to give me Great.Comfort, good, caring staff, especially the nurses, wonderful

This is a wonderful ER and Urgent clinic. I have been going for several years. I highly recommend this facility.

I didn't like the fact that we were waiting for a room and I never got a room and therefore I don't feel like I was accommodated properly. I shouldn't have had to sit in a chair and go back and forth to a room for care and I was sick and needed to lay down

I did my own research and concluded that everything your facility offered was exactly what I needed. When I told my co-workers they frowned uon my choice. I followed my gut and wow I was so impressed Your facility has a perfect action plan of care..starting from admitting to discharge. Fast, efficient, professional compassionate, skilled. No one skipped a beat. Never encountered such a happy work place...service with a genuine smile. KUTTOS TO MANAGEMENT.....OUTSTANDING ....YOU PUT THE REST TO SHAME

Even though patients provide signatures for treatment. Patients should be advised to certain scans/xrays during the treatment hat may change the type of visit from Emergency Room visit versus Urgent Care and being told there is a $500.00 co-payment and the Registration Clerk stating can I pay at least $250.00.

The wait time was ridiculous! I was in the room almost 30 minutes, then another, 30 mins for nurse to come in with meds from the doctor!

Being helped by the staff I felt listened to and taken care of, especially not having insurance te doctor assessed me quickly and ruled out a lot of possibilities and gave me the treatment I was looking for toncontinue to work my job.

I received 2 phone calls from UF Health a few days after my visit. There was no voicemail telling me why they were calling. I tried calling the clinic but I was told there was no way to find out why I had been called. I still do not know why I was called.

All the staff, the nurses, the doctors, the RN everybody were super nice bunch of people very courteous very knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the entire hospital. Thank you very much.

Doctor misdiagnosed my condition. Didn't even perform a cursory exam. I will never visit this center again. Furthermore, I have told everyone I know not to visit this facility!!!

Called and asked to speak with medical staff about my symptoms. I was immediately transferred to Heather, RN, she was very helpful on the phone and even cared for me upon my arrival. Dr. Allen came to speak to me about testing results, she took time to listen and seemed concerned.

I needed an extension on the doctor's note, but was told it required an additional accessment. That said, I could not afford to pay an additional $100.00 Co-pay.

Very fast and efficient visit, Had a CT scan of my back. Results were ready soon and explained to me. Dr. Justin N was very helpful and efficient. So was the nurse who took care of me and walked me to my car.

Was my first time at this location. Everything was perfect. From front desk to.the last person I saw. Friendly respectful very knowledgeable doctors and nurses. I would like to visit and I definitely recommend this to all my friends and family members. Such a great experience and most of all.very important for I was really sick when I was admitted and I left super healthy and happy literally they gave me my health back in Such a short period of time. Keep the great work u do .I really support all.of you

The only problem I had was after my stitches were removed and I was ready to leave I had to wait for almost an hour to get my discharge papers. I was in and had the stitches removed in 10 to 15 minutes and then waited almost an hour before I could leave waiting for the discharged papers.

I believe you need to change you policy on when a patient should return to school are work because we didn't get her medicine til Wednesday l had to go to Walmart and it still wasn't ready l call to see if maybe the doctor would give her another day out but he didn't I was really upset about it so that's one thing you all needs to look at.l would like to know what is the policy.

The waiting room at the back is too small and a little congested that you hardly breathe some air. Chairs are so closed to each other. Wished it's a little airy or put more space so patients don't sit too closed to each other. I have to go out as I Was having shortness of breathe . Other than this, everything is excellent and this Urgent Care is highly recommended. Thank you all so much for the kind caring.

I've been in the UFHealth Jacksonville network for 15 years and when I changed my insurance they suggested I use The Urgent Care Clinic before going to the main hospital's ER and I'm overly glad that I did because the main ER can have you there for many many hours.

Dr. Seggera is a wonderful asset to your team. She is fabulous and very compassionate towards her patients. When she was treating my son she made him comfortable and joked about the crazy lingos kids are saying lately. The triage nurse was very knowledgable and kind towards him as well. They were very busy and she didn't come off as rushed inconvenienced by our visit.

My comment that the physician could improve is focused only on the 100% lack of contact. This might have been different if my case had required admission (he might have explained why I was being admitted and what would follow). But, because my discharge included instructions to see both my primary care and a cardiologist as soon as possible, I would have liked the opportunity to ask the physician making those recommendations questions. My feeling on this was enhanced after I had the opportunity to read my test results.

Thank you Dr. Gabe for your patience and kindness with my "practically" 8 year old granddaughter and your thoroughness of your examination. She hit her head quite hard on the floor at school and you were able to carry on a conversation all about school, pets and friends while administering your complete exam. She's cried with the blood pressure and was understandably afraid of the unknown--at the end of the exam she was all smiles, thanks to you. Wishing all of your kid visits go so well--appreciate and value your care at the North, sincerely!

Everyone was professional, timely and knowledgeable. One thing I did notice was the reception ladies' name tags. Their names were little and the word ADVOCATE was big. Just thought it would be better to call someone by name versus ADVOCATE. I joked about it to the ladies and they said they get that all the time. Thank you!

Everyone was so friendly from Tyesha at registration, the Medic whose name I cannot remember (sorry), to Grace the ARNP. Very kind. In & out in less than an hour. And the prompt followup with test results. Excellent all around!
