Happy with a diagnosis and how the doctor and NP from the cardiac department explained things to me. I was sent home with a multi-page document explaining pericarditis. The discharge paperwork was easy and explicit in what to do next and also listed my medications.

Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful for seeing my daughter and I at the same time since we both were in for the same situation. The facility got busy and it seemed that discharging me became a lower priority as other patients were prioritized.

I think the care could have been better. The nurse practitioner wasn't even going to clean my wound because I said I had used hydrogen peroxide on it before I got there. Other than taking xrays and the tetantus booster, she just patched me up and was brief with instructions for further care.

My medical need was addressed as soon as possible. Staff was very attentive and gave me information on my health. They were very pleasant and assisted me with all needs and questions. I was admitted and stayed in the ED overnight and transfered to North.

Check in is near immediate and wait time is almost non-existent. Everyone at the check in area are so efficient and friendly. The nurses and doctors are very welcoming,professional and knowledgeable.

Impressed with the staff and the knowledge they displayed and communicated. Most impressed by the download of data from my defibulcator/pacemaker of the time of my blacking out episode and accident occurred. Time was accurate.
