The young lady that kept checking on me before the doctor arrived was so nice. My throat was in so much pain and she made sure I had plenty of ice water which helped alot. I just appreciated the kindness when in need.

Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and caring! Their recommended plan of care followed standards of care but I chose to seek additional medical advice. Even with my decision, they were extremely supportive.

The intake nurse didn't listen very well she didn't put the length of time I was having the symptoms correctly as I told her. She also didn't take the meds off the list I was no longer taking. I also told her I have adhesive allergy, but the nurse used Band-Aids on me which caused rash on both my arms.

The nurse who check-in my son in did not come across as very friendly. I believe that someone working with children should demonstrate a more positive and supportive character.

The entire staff (registration/intake clerk, nurse, doc, etc) were absolutely awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need urgent (or ER) care in the future I will definitely return to this facility.

I went to 4 other urgent care. The only thing the other urgent cares cared about what was how much my insurance covered. The staff at legacy reassured me regardless of how much my insurance covered they would take care of me.

Callahan was where I received care it wasn't more than 30 minutes for the entire visit, Dr. Roney was very patient as well as the whole team from front to back.

Cat San person had left and it to 1&1/2 hours to go to another facility to have it done. Otherwise, it might have been fine! But I ended up spending 3 hours there

The visit was fine. Check in was easy. Staff had done everything Dr wanted x-rays and tests before Dr had even requested which I thought was great, it cut down on length of visit. From check in to check out, 2hrs. And the place was busy.

The process of getting an MRI was described as a walk-in ask. It was not. No where near a walk-in.
