I love this ER. I couldn't wait for it to open. We ( my family) have been here several times from me at 57 right down to my 6 months old grandson ( whom my daughter at 30 found out about by coming there).Can you say surprise! Also a 6 yo grandson. Everybody from the doctors right down to the security guards have been extremely nice.Even the house keepers do a great job of keeping it clean and shiney. We will continue visiting this ER when needed.

This was the first time I'd been to this location (Frisco/Mckinney). I prefer the McKinney location. But I have recommended Legacy ER several times on social media group pages.

Very efficient visit. Nurse Zack was exceptionally friendly and had a good rapport with my daughter, the patient. We highly recommend UF Health Urgent Care.

My visit occurred in the afternoon. the office was not busy. I did not see one other patient. I was brought back quickly to the room, which was nice. I proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes waiting on a physician to see me. there was no communication from the office staff as to expect delays nor did anyone check on me during that time.

I think the female doctor was not professional, she had me really upset, and afraid, and ask me is there anyone they could call, before checking me out, first, the nurse that took care of me the one that's pregnant and the radiology lady came and comforted me through the process,and everything turned out okay

Thank you guys for being so supportive as this was my first Doctors appointment as a adult without my mom. Youre staff, team, and environment is the best I have ever been to. You guys listened to how I was feeling and reassured me that nothing terrible was wrong. Hands down the best Urgent Care ive ever been too.

I would like to thank the entire staff at New Kings for great customer service. I don't know if I would have made it without everyone from the front desk to the physician Dr. Farley and the nurses. I seen nothing but teamwork and positive patient care. I waited but the care was well worth the wait, and it was very busy they had several rescues coming in and again I waited but the wait was nothing compared to going Dt to the ER. When I think back at the treatment I can honestly say I am very grateful.

I was recently a patient and was so impressed by the speed and efficiency of the care I received.
I arrived at approximately 9:00am and was discharged by 10:15am a remarkably quick turnaround of roughly one hour and fifteen minutes.I felt well-cared for and the staff were attentive and professional.
Please extend my sincere thanks to the entire ER team. They are truly a credit to your institution.

The bill was expensive after the lady at the desk collected $300 from me stating that would be all I owed I asked several times and she reassured me however I then received an almost $3000 bill

Need nurses to let the patient know what they are being given. The nurse gave me a shot for pain and didn't tell me what it was he just told me it was for pain overall a pleasant experienced. Thanks for the treatment of my knee.
