Yeah everything was good except when I got there I had to use the self check in which I didn't care for.

The doctor examine me in the same room the guy was in that you gave information about what was wrong with you. No privacy, shamed me.

The PA who was on duty was very, very nice and professional and made sure he got different tests run I appreciate him.

Staff is very unfriendly. One nurse greeted me I asked how they were doing in return and his response was well I'm doing much better than you. In a time a illness some compassion goes a long way.

I came in sick. All they told me was take motrin. They knew good a well I was on my way to being sick and sent me home with only cough meds I asked for. I ended up calling my Dr and they called in 5 Rxs for me!!! I just fell like I could have been given meds then.

Please minimize discharge procedure timing. I was taken care of nurse and physician in reasonable time but waiting for ling time to get visit summary which was really frustrated moment

I did not know where to turn for help and my sweet daughter-in-law brought me here and said it was the best place to be. She had come here before for her own emergency. She was absolutely correct.

I was left alone in the room for hours with the bright overhead light on. I was thirsty and there was nothing to drink.

The nurses were very attentive to my symptoms and needs so they gave me the appropriate medication and injection shot based on the duration of my illness.

I just really appreciated the friendliness and kindness of all the staff I encountered. They made sure I knew what was occurring at all times and they made sure I had the answers and next steps I needed before I left.

Nobody asked what meds i take daily yet my discharge papers took notice of my daily calcium and multi vitamins intake.

The security guard was very pleasant..the nurse that took my vitals was also personal and pleasant..Cicere (spelling is by memory) the admin representative was very, very pleasant..But the doctor that I saw was Outstanding..her name was Dr. Braum (spelling may not be correct)..she was very personal and understanding..

The billing process was very slow. The lady sitting from the inside through the little window, and I was standing from the outside giving her lots of information all that wasn't comfortable. I needed to sit or she could do it in the room while waiting for the doctor

Didn't appear that there was enuff staff to care for all the patients especially during flu season. Patients who come in with contagious illness (sneezing, coughing, etc) should be required to wear masks. They should be provided. I was concerned that I would catch an illness that other patients had when I came in for leg pain.

I love all the new Emergency and Urgent Care facilities around Jacksonville. Much more convenient, plus the wait times are much shorter.

The staff was good but I didn't get results for my uti and I might have said it wrong but I wasn't checked about I think it's your uterus is starting to stick out but it might not have been important but other than that it was good

We went there for urgent care but was treated as ER. So many tests were given when all I asked for was screening for UTI. As a consequence co pay was very high. I understand the rationale but we're they all truly necessary. Also why are the vitals not included in the MyChart?

I'm small,given a boot medium,delivered by a male pt or nurse, but I needed a small never walked after he put on me., n bed size med no more available. When another nurse said I was discharged I didn't see any at check, in at front. to ask ..waited 10 min. Left..I was disappointed, too big..boot.. 3x I almost fell again..other then that..Great job..CANT BLAME A NURSE OR PT ..IF SUPPLIES NOT THERE..HE ATLEAST TRIED...

My teenage son had already been to another urgent care twice for this illness and was not making any progress. They were uncaring and condescending to me and to him. My friend (who is a doctor) recommended Legacy ER. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. My son was taken back to the urgent care side and evaluated quickly. At that point we decided that he needed to be admitted to the ER. Daniel, the paramedic at the Prosper location that stayed with my son the whole time, was amazing with him. He was efficient and knew how to talk to him. He answered all of my questions and my son's questions and really knew what he was doing. Within a few hours my son went from barely able to stand to walking and talking and (best of all) eating. I am so thankful that I chose to take him to Legacy ER. It will be my go-to Urgent Care from now on.

They had me sitting in a room waiting for my blood work to come back & they never took it to the lab because it was left in the room with me nurse came in & ask me who took the urine sample in order to find out where it was I was not happy about that at all

When we arrived, we didn't wait long to be seen by a nurse and a doctor. They are very efficient , the doctor and the nurse stayed with me till I get better . Excellent service.

Communicate to the client more. You have lots of different staff that come in and out. Headline their roles and responsibilities. Set expectations for the client about what is coming next. I was taken for a CT scan without any discussion with a doctor as to why or that it would turn the visit into an emergency visit. Doctor was only able to tell me why at the very end of the visit when asked by the client.

Reception check in was very pleasant. Technology. Lady was very very very pleasant. All the nurses were very pleasant. The doctor seemed in a rush and didn't seem concerned about all the reasons I came to urgent care. . Also the TV wasn't working.
