My husband and I always utilize the services of Legacy ER for our after hours or emergency care. We have always received courteous service by the front desk, and a high quality of care by the medical staff. Drs. Are always ready to listen to and treat our presenting symptoms

The whole experience at this facility was amazing from Downthe no wait time to the whole medical team being so compassionate and caring.Even the girl can not remember her name that came in the room to get my insurance information was so friendly and caring.Its the first time in many many hospital visits in my lifetime that I can truly say that I would definitely recommend and go there again if needed.

I was pleasantly surprised based on past experiences of the cleanliness, professionalism, time (which may be attributed to the time arrived--very early) But if the morning experience is offered throughout the day I would continue to recommend to others and will return in the event I were to have another emergency. Overall, the process for getting in there was easy, and the wait wasn't too long. Once in, though I did sit, there were staff always in and out doing things that were needed, between blood, IV, CT Scan, etc. Staff was extremely polite and nice overall.
