My husband and I always utilize the services of Legacy ER for our after hours or emergency care. We have always received courteous service by the front desk, and a high quality of care by the medical staff. Drs. Are always ready to listen to and treat our presenting symptoms

Being that I have a good load of heart disease, I have been in ER's more than I care to admit. Now at 70, I try to keep on top of what my body is saying. The experience a few days ago was probably my BEST experience at any ER I have ever visited. Kudos to UF Health for providing a quality experience - everything from the time I walked in the door to the time I left - and a follow-up by phone the next day, tells me a lot about the quality of care given at this clinic.

The entire staff has extremely attentive to my needs, they made sure that I got the proper care and diagnosed me Properly. For that, I will always be appreciative, especially Nurse, Miss Kelly. She was very kind and so was that the young lady that was entering in my information the X-ray tech was nice and prompt as well as the doctor. Thank you for A+ visit.

The registration was easy and the assistant was helpful. The nurse who took my vitals was so friendly and professional, great guy on your staff. Dr Voit, awesome, great doctor. We were definitely on the same page. I would definitely return to this practice.

Absolutely blown away by the friendly and FAST service!! I never sat in the waiting room, I was immediately taken to a room and provided care the second I finished check in. Nurse Kelley was absolutely incredible! She truly was the most comforting and caring person!!

I am very pleased with my overall visit and the professionalism of the entire staff in addition to the time spent. I am very impressed with Dr. Boyer (Anthony Michael) for taking the time to read my prior medical history (being informed) before prescribing medication that could have had an adverse reaction!!!! Everyone was great.

This was 1st time here and everyone was great. Was little surprised that the doctor didn't really touch or get close to my wound. She just looked and said what I had to do. I'm happy with the visit and hope my problem goes away.

Nurse Aimee and Dr Khan as well as the radiologist was amazing. At 2:30 in the morning in the ER they cared. And didn’t want me sitting in pain.

This is the best Urgent Care Center I have ever visited anywhere in the US! Check in was easy, prompt, friendly, professional. Wait time was very short, constant communication from a knowledgeable and friendly staff of care givers. The facility is clean and welcoming. The treatment was well explained and administered. Checkout was fast and friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about the facility and staff! So glad to have found you!

It was my first visit and it was in the middle of the night. I had no idea what to expect. Everyone was so friendly, caring and accommodating from beginning to end. Including the security guard when I first arrived. Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you for caring!

EVERYONE from the front desk and security guard to the Dr gave absolute top tier service to my preteen. We appreciate how kind everyone was and will be recommending this urgent care to everyone I know. Good customer service is hard to find these days but this place was top notch and didn’t go unnoticed.
