My RN nurse Kelly was absolutely incredibly knowledgeable. Caring made me feel comfortable made me feel special. If you know that I got the best care from each and everyone of them you know down to the reception personnel, my doctor gosh even the guy who is the security guard was so nice. Great job at hiring the people you did but Kelly by far my favorite thank you so much Kelly and your staff.

Waited 2 hours for results. Examination room was so cold it was uncomfortable waiting. Got taken back to room quickly but then 2 hours just sitting.

My nurse Kelly and Dr. Skipper made me feel so
Comfortable with the care they provided to my daughter. They answered all my questions no matter how big or small it was. They truly exceeded my expectation and will continue to come this facility.

I've been a patient before, so the process was a lot.Smoother. Our only issue I have is when they check you in the middle triage area.My blood pressure never seems to be right.When they take it on that machine.

Everything was perfect from the time I walked in the front door till when Exit the building. The receptionists, nurses, X-ray technician and Doctor. Were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable of all there jobs. It’s nice when you’re feeling bad and you know they care about you. It was just unbelievable how caring they are. Will always go there first. Before going anywhere else. THANK YOU UF HEALTH YOUR BEST!!!

The Doctor was very understanding and took the time to explain my bloodwork. When I had follow-up questions she didn’t dismiss them but explained thoroughly her assessment. She was by far the best doctor I’ve experienced at an ER.

My husband and I always utilize the services of Legacy ER for our after hours or emergency care. We have always received courteous service by the front desk, and a high quality of care by the medical staff. Drs. Are always ready to listen to and treat our presenting symptoms

Being that I have a good load of heart disease, I have been in ER's more than I care to admit. Now at 70, I try to keep on top of what my body is saying. The experience a few days ago was probably my BEST experience at any ER I have ever visited. Kudos to UF Health for providing a quality experience - everything from the time I walked in the door to the time I left - and a follow-up by phone the next day, tells me a lot about the quality of care given at this clinic.

The entire staff has extremely attentive to my needs, they made sure that I got the proper care and diagnosed me Properly. For that, I will always be appreciative, especially Nurse, Miss Kelly. She was very kind and so was that the young lady that was entering in my information the X-ray tech was nice and prompt as well as the doctor. Thank you for A+ visit.
