Everyone explained what they would be doing and why they were doing it. All the instructions explained what was going on and why I needed the treatment. I was happy with the treatment plan.

It's not always a fun time to show up to the urgent care/ER with an anaphylactic reaction to something you ate, but the staff took such good care of me, got me in so quickly, took every symptom I had seriously, listened and communicated every step of the process. They got me all fixed up quickly and sent me home in a timely manner with all the meds I needed to heal at home. I am so grateful for their care.

Excellent attention to detail and once they concluded I needed surgery - they arranged everything . The surgeon advised that if I had not arrived when I did- the outcome would have been much worse

All the staff here are efficient and professional. The registration process is efficient and quick. the waiting time was short. The Dr and nurse staff were professional and they addressed my concerns. i was given the medication and treatment I needed. The building and rooms were very clean. A staff lady came into the room with computer to take needed information. This is a very nice UR&ER. I will return again if needed.

From the triage to each person that came in to see me or run some tests, they were all friendly, warm and professional. Didn’t wait too long until the end (after the IV was finished). Was a pleasant surprise, and much appreciated given how I felt!

I have been to UF Health emergency several times and have never been disappointed. They are caring. They are very much tuned. They don’t keep you waiting a long time they talk to you and explain things to you. It’s just a wonderful experience. It’s not great feeling sick, but the experience makes it a little more bearable.

I was impressed with the entire visit. I had been sick a week with RSV and suffering. They gave me medicine that relieved my symptoms and I have felt like I turned a corner with this virus. The staff explained everything so well that I felt confident in how to care for myself when I left.

Very friendly, efficient staff. The supervision sas handled by a nurse practitioner, not a physian. Significant testing and evaluation were done and each person involved in my care displayed real competence. The level of care I received was superior to much of the care I receive in Maine.I would highly recommend the care of Virginia Mason urgent care

My visit was very quick, which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was also very friendly and everything looked tidy and clean. I am actually an employee of UF Health Leesburg Hospital, but this was the first time using the urgent care and I would definitely return if needed.

All was terrific! As I understand but also did not care for the security officer going through my personal information at entry. X-ray device would be better than he touching, going through my purse. and looking at my daughter as well and assuming that she was underage.
