Happy with a diagnosis and how the doctor and NP from the cardiac department explained things to me. I was sent home with a multi-page document explaining pericarditis. The discharge paperwork was easy and explicit in what to do next and also listed my medications.

They were above and beyond wonderful! Everyone on the staff got an A+.... From the security guard to the admission clerk (she was so sweet and very caring)... Dr Boyer was amazingly thorough and very personable. I felt very comfortable about how I was to proceed. My nurse was so caring and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had knowledge about what to expect and how to proceed with my foot break. The building was so clean I felt I could have eaten off the floor. Above and beyond great care!!

Everything was smooth from the beginning. I didn’t even mind the time I spent there because everyone was so nice and attentive. Emergency rooms can be stressful and they made the process easy. I picked this emergency room due to their reviews online compared to the others(that were actually closer to me) and it didn’t disappoint.

This was my first visit to the clinic. The registration was fast and easy. I was taken in quickly by my nurse Edward the charge nurse who was fantastic. He was both very professional and compassionate. He kept me informed about the procedures. Dr. Samuel who examined me was also very knowledgeable and explained what was going to be done. All in all I received great treatment. Thank you to everyone

When there was a mix-up with my lab test (through no fault of the doctor or nurses), Dr. Khan and nurse Alison made sure that my new sample was expedited, and Dr. Khan called me personally the next day to explain the results, answer all my questions, and set my mind at ease.

I come to UF health anytime something urgent comes up for my family. This most recent time was for myself, and rather scary for me. The entire staff from check in, to the nurses, to the attending physician, to the radiology dept were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and put me at ease. 10/10 recommend

I was in physical pain when I came into the facility with a UTI. The The security guard was very helpful and so was the rep at the front desk. I did not have to wait long before I was assisted to a room.

I am always very happy with the service here. The staff is always very kind and helpful. The doctors and nurses keep you very comfortable with out having to ask for anything. They just do it and it makes your stay so much more comfortable when you’re experiencing discomfort and pain from whatever the underlying issue is. I prefer coming to this place over any hospital I have ever been in and I’ve been to pretty much all of them around this area. Great job by everyone here!!

I went in for a very scary situation that I was feeling. All the nurses/techs and doctor were so kind and comforting. They were very quick and helpful through the whole visit.

My reason for visiting was a localized skin infection that I had been treating with a particular topical antibiotic. The attending physician said that he would have selected the same medication as I had, if he had had a similar condition.
