It's kinda bait a switch pricing where the doctor decides if you Urgent or Emergency. Of course their gonna pick Emergency to get the most amount of money out of you.

I had the opportunity to receive care from Nurse Aimee. She was very knowledgeable and communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her. If at all possible, I ask that she be given a monetary increase in pay due to her dedication to care and her knowledge of the industry. She is the epitome of a Skilled Nurse. Many thanks to the entire UF Health Emergency & Urgent Care Center in Clermont.

Everyone from Dr. Murphy to the nurse’s, aids, X-ray & registration were beyond awesome. I cannot recommend this location enough. I am from Wisconsin in Frisco for a business meeting, knowing very little about the area & I could not have been treated any better! Thanks to all!!

The prices went smoothly. Wait time was the shortest of any urgent care. Check in prompt. Outcome. education ,orders to pharmacy were prompt. On my way to feeling better. Thank you for the professional care.

The service was excellent. The staff was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and fast but not rushed. I sent a message to my HOA community to that they’re aware of this excellent care unit in our neighborhood. I got a few suggestions that you hold an open house so more people are familiar with your services

a extremely long time was has awaiting radiologist report and the isolation in the waiting room was bad and the ability to call someone was out of reach ie the red button on the remote and no one ever stopped by during this extremely long wait--bummer --- I came to this emergency room because the advent had some even worse things the last time we were there but now it Is a tossup to see which place will be worse

Security guard could do a better job of identifying himself and what type of security screening that he needs to do. Patient is legally blind and what was occurring needed to be explained by spouse.

I had to go to this ER because, I cut my right leg with a mirror and I was bleeding profusely. I had the honor of meeting the staff at this facility and was so pleased with my experience this time. I have not had a good experience at neither of these facilities before, but this time it was awesome. Dr. Yang and Daniel and Amiee the RN's were absolutely awesome. Their sweetness ad professionalism and care they gave me was 110%. They are an asset to your facility.

I went to 4 other urgent care. The only thing the other urgent cares cared about what was how much my insurance covered. The staff at legacy reassured me regardless of how much my insurance covered they would take care of me.

This Dr was strange I've had him before in Leesburg! He has a poor bedside manner and is very curt . Other Drs have been totally different ! No communication!. My favorite emergency clinic !
