The Registration process was very easy and I did not need to wait long for treatment or results. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly and communicated very clearly with me.

From the time I entered Legacy ER, the check in was smooth, the triage was very good and the discussion with the Doctor, nurses and phlebotomist was exceptional. It is hard to find a standalone ER/UV that has a lab and CT onsite. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and very kind. This is what HealthCare needs to be!! Thank you!

I would not hesitate to return to UF Health in Clermont for urgent care or emergency care. The waiting time was extremely short. I felt like the nurses and doctors really cared about me.

Such a pleasant experience from walking in the door to walking out the door. All staff were very friendly and informative. We’re traveling back to Wisconsin on Monday and we were both so pleased that this most pleasant and informative experience was part of our 5 week vacation here!

My visit to this facility was just amazing. I entered with fear and anxiety at my situation. Right away my nurse Ernie put me at ease with his explanation of all that was going to take place. Dr. Friger was amazing. He explained the tests he was going to run and personally checked on me several times and explained the results. I will definitely recommend UF Health Emergency and urgent care.

Your UF team is on top of it. It feels like a family taking care of you, and they work marvelous together. My husband had the perfect IV which is difficult. Thank you to all that helped my husband

The entire process from start to finish was excellent! UF Health has a very friendly and caring staff. Everything was done, as ecpeditously as possible, without compromising the quality of care that I received. There was excellent communication with all of the staff about my condition, and I received excellent treatment from the medical staff.

From the second we came till the second we left everyone we encountered from the front desk to the nurse the doctor everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. The wait take was great and yes I would go back.
