UF Health ER is very patient friendly. Very quick registration and seen just as quickly. The doctors, nurses and staff are very friendly. I appreciate having one so close to me. Thank you!

It was my first visit and it was in the middle of the night. I had no idea what to expect. Everyone was so friendly, caring and accommodating from beginning to end. Including the security guard when I first arrived. Absolutely wonderful experience! Thank you for caring!

EVERYONE from the front desk and security guard to the Dr gave absolute top tier service to my preteen. We appreciate how kind everyone was and will be recommending this urgent care to everyone I know. Good customer service is hard to find these days but this place was top notch and didn’t go unnoticed.

Especially the security Collin at the front desk was awesome . Dr. Voite was amazing and his nursing staff were awesome . Kudos to Lisa RN, Evelyn RN, Matt RN and Paul RN were awesome . I really didn’t have a good impression of Advent Health, due to issues in the past, this stand alone UF is awesome . Thank you so much for caring

I was pleasantly surprised based on past experiences of the cleanliness, professionalism, time (which may be attributed to the time arrived--very early) But if the morning experience is offered throughout the day I would continue to recommend to others and will return in the event I were to have another emergency. Overall, the process for getting in there was easy, and the wait wasn't too long. Once in, though I did sit, there were staff always in and out doing things that were needed, between blood, IV, CT Scan, etc. Staff was extremely polite and nice overall.

I asked the Doctor to read my UF chart for my current prescription so he wouldn’t prescribe what I already had. He said he looked at my chart but still prescribed a prescription that I already was taking. When I got home I called him back and he said sorry and I don’t have any other medication that I can give you! He did not read my chart!! The nurses were very helpful!

I am elderly and the staff goes overboard to check me out and don't miss a thing! I got cold and they brought warm blankets, showed me how to call them, or use the TV, etc.

I had the opportunity to receive care from Nurse Aimee. She was very knowledgeable and communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her. If at all possible, I ask that she be given a monetary increase in pay due to her dedication to care and her knowledge of the industry. She is the epitome of a Skilled Nurse. Everyone from Dr. Murphy to the nurse’s, aids, X-ray & registration were beyond awesome. I cannot recommend this location enough. I am from Wisconsin in Frisco for a business meeting, knowing very little about the area & I could not have been treated any better! Thanks to all!!

The service was excellent. The staff was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and fast but not rushed. I sent a message to my HOA community to that they’re aware of this excellent care unit in our neighborhood. I got a few suggestions that you hold an open house so more people are familiar with your services
