Everyone was so nice and very kind; I was a total mess and they helped me calm down, had immediate responses to my issues, and didn't discount how I was feeling. Everything was explained perfectly and I felt very, very well taken care of

I have been to this facility before. Each time I'm there I am treated with kindness, compassion and respect. Every staff member from the front desk to the doctors are wonderful. I thanks you all.

I have asked twice for an email of my blood test results needed for a job onboarding. I will have to call them again to request the results be emailed.

At Checkin it should be clear as to whether it will be billed as an urgent care visit or an ER visit.

This was my first experience with Legacy. I was very pleased with my care from registration, nursing and physician care. Everyone were very professional and explained the process. Also c-ray tech was very sweet. I will use this facility again if I need to.

Even though patients provide signatures for treatment. Patients should be advised to certain scans/xrays during the treatment hat may change the type of visit from Emergency Room visit versus Urgent Care and being told there is a $500.00 co-payment and the Registration Clerk stating can I pay at least $250.00.

The wait time was ridiculous! I was in the room almost 30 minutes, then another, 30 mins for nurse to come in with meds from the doctor!

Cleanliness of exam room. I felt dr had and attitude by asking what's brings me there at 4am. Like I was inconveniencing her. Said "yep it's influenza A."Felt very rushed and didn't communicate any care

The only thing I didn't like was when the rep had to leave my room with my debit card to process my copay payment. I would have preferred that the rep had a portable payment processor which I've experienced at another facility.

Doctor Richard's did a remarkable job with her medical expertise. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely good and professional. The medical assistant guy top tier discharging skills with the iv removal and presenting my paperwork. The desk staff in and out represented.

I did not know where to turn for help and my sweet daughter-in-law brought me here and said it was the best place to be. She had come here before for her own emergency. She was absolutely correct.

My teenage son had already been to another urgent care twice for this illness and was not making any progress. They were uncaring and condescending to me and to him. My friend (who is a doctor) recommended Legacy ER. I cannot say enough good things about our visit. My son was taken back to the urgent care side and evaluated quickly. At that point we decided that he needed to be admitted to the ER. Daniel, the paramedic at the Prosper location that stayed with my son the whole time, was amazing with him. He was efficient and knew how to talk to him. He answered all of my questions and my son's questions and really knew what he was doing. Within a few hours my son went from barely able to stand to walking and talking and (best of all) eating. I am so thankful that I chose to take him to Legacy ER. It will be my go-to Urgent Care from now on.

I did not know how bad off I was, but the nurse did and as soon as she started taking my vitals, I was whisked to a room full of nurses & a doctor to treat and prep me for my trip to the hospital.

This was my second visit at this clinic, I returned due to quick and friendly service. Sometimes urgent care or er visits fell rushed and non detailed, but these times this team gave amazing care in a timely manner and made me feel taken care of and heard!

Legacy ER & Urgent Care is the best in all of DFW. This was my first time to the North Richland Hills location, but it is as excellent as every other location. Thank you for the great care!
