Callahan was where I received care it wasn't more than 30 minutes for the entire visit, Dr. Roney was very patient as well as the whole team from front to back.

Cat San person had left and it to 1&1/2 hours to go to another facility to have it done. Otherwise, it might have been fine! But I ended up spending 3 hours there

The visit was fine. Check in was easy. Staff had done everything Dr wanted x-rays and tests before Dr had even requested which I thought was great, it cut down on length of visit. From check in to check out, 2hrs. And the place was busy.

The process of getting an MRI was described as a walk-in ask. It was not. No where near a walk-in.

Easy went to there save my neck than Emergency Room so long long hours. I like UFHE&urgent center unless hours also friendly employees staffs.

Convenient for us since our Urgent Care wasn't available & Barbara at UF Proton Therapy Jacksonville helped get us to the nice new Urgent Care we went to.

i would have rather had someone come in and let me complete everything on the ipad because when i was ready to leave i was ready and i had to goto the desk and fill paper work out while in pain and it took a while

My GP office recommended I seek Urgent Care because the doctor was too swamped to give me an appointment. But when I asked if UF Health had any urgent care facilities and was told they did, they were unable to tell me where they were. I ended up researching that on my own. I expected that they would be able to answer that question.

Everyone was so nice and very kind; I was a total mess and they helped me calm down, had immediate responses to my issues, and didn't discount how I was feeling. Everything was explained perfectly and I felt very, very well taken care of

Even though I have not had a good opinion of UF I found this the best experience I have had at Emercency care. The people were great and nice to interact with. They seemed very knowledgeable and they cared. I definately recommend them to other people.

Doctor on staff didn't try to diagnose reason for pain. Only wanted to give me narcotics for pain and send me home. Ended up going to UF North to get the care I needed. They were awesome

The sign in clerk at the desk in the lobby should not require me to give my Social Security number verbally. It's a crowded and somewhat small sized public area and you never know if someone is sitting in there hearing or capturing protected, personal information such as this

This was my first experience with Legacy. I was very pleased with my care from registration, nursing and physician care. Everyone were very professional and explained the process. Also c-ray tech was very sweet. I will use this facility again if I need to.

I was told to go to the hospital wasn't told an ambulance was coming to get me so I left to drive to the hospital only to be cashed back to urgent care because they were getting an ambulance to transport me.

The second Dr who administered care was very rude. He never introduced himself and I had to investigate to get any information about my discharge and the care that was provided. He was going to send me home and no disgust and results of labs, the CT that was performed or the medication that was prescribed. Horrible bedside manner. Previous DR and Nurses were were great.

Efficient, professional, helpful, the time in and out was amazing, resolved my problem professionally and I everyone was so nice and pleasant. I will come back here if needed after my doctors are closed. Love my UF Health Doctors.

Even the security guard was extremely kind and helpful as he helped get me in and out of my vehicle. Had severe knee pain and could barely walk.
