I was pleasantly surprised based on past experiences of the cleanliness, professionalism, time (which may be attributed to the time arrived--very early) But if the morning experience is offered throughout the day I would continue to recommend to others and will return in the event I were to have another emergency. Overall, the process for getting in there was easy, and the wait wasn't too long. Once in, though I did sit, there were staff always in and out doing things that were needed, between blood, IV, CT Scan, etc. Staff was extremely polite and nice overall.

The initial nurse that helped me during my most recent visit once we went to the back was not very friendly or compassionate and seemed to be in a rush. I acknowledge that it was busy, but that is no excuse. Additionally, I requested that a specific bloodwork be completed due to my situation with my pregnancy, and was denied that by the doctor, resulting in a hinderance of my future care for my now miscarriage.

nurse could have took the easier advice and not Have an attitude Center Stitch could have been tighter from the doctor got three stitches reality only two are holding said something to both of them they said it was okay stitches are supposed to hold gaps closed if they're not tight they're not doing what they're intended to be

The entire staff was amazing even though my 6 year old autistic daughter was the only one physically hurt, your staff also consoled my 8 year old daughter who was as upset and crying as well as me a mom feeling upset my daughter was hurt.

They were awesome!!! From the front lobby to the back rooms. They worked on me quickly with care and concern. The staff nursed me back to health and they were quick in their response. They even referred me for surgery. Thank you everyone!!!

Everyone from Dr. Murphy to the nurse’s, aids, X-ray & registration were beyond awesome. I cannot recommend this location enough. I am from Wisconsin in Frisco for a business meeting, knowing very little about the area & I could not have been treated any better! Thanks to all!!
