I appreciate Dr. Carter's assistant. She was so good and made my toenails look so wonderful, and I just appreciated how careful and how thorough she was.

Excellent knowledge of my circumstances. Beyond my expectations. Well advised, well educated, and very comfortable to talk with. I would go back to see him in fact I am going to go back to see him if I need surgery.

Dr. Carter was very professional and very nice, easy to talk to, understood questions and explained things, he even did a pamphlet that he and one of his other doctors put together, just so I could understand and things that I could look at. So I would say he did a great job.

Just a couple things. Dr. Carter seemed to be kind of in a hurry to get in and out and he seems to, I had to be the one, I was telling him what was going on with my situation without being asked, he wasn't asking, I was the one giving him the information. He was cutting me off a little bit. Also their front desk employees, I could have used a lot better customer service. No smiles, nothing friendly, it seemed like they were having a bad day and I didn't like that.

Dr. Carter was very efficient. I liked him a lot. He was very good with me and took care of my problem and I would recommend him to someone else. And I was his…he…the 1st time that I had visited him, so I was very pleased.

"Dr. Carter and his staff was very polite, very honest, gave me all the info I needed, plus a little extra. I understood what he was talking to me about and he took time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anybody. Thank you."

He made sure I understood what he was explaining to me, he showed me on an x-ray what my problem was, and he showed concern for my problem. I think that he's a good addition to McKay Dee.

He is a very good doctor. He took care of me really good, explained everything and cares about you. Very good doctor. All the staff, everybody was excellent, good.

He's extremely friendly. Easy to talk to. Makes you feel comfortable. He makes you feel like a person and not a number. He always remember things from your last visit.

He was really knowledgeable. He helped me with my toe and got that done really quickly, and also gave me other advice for my future career. He was really knowledgeable, knew his stuff, answered my questions, it was really nice. I would definitely go back to him should I ever need it.

Young, educated, congenial, good bedside manners. He trimmed my nails but the doctor before would kind of buff them or sand them so that they were more even but he didn't do that, he just cut them.

He seemed very knowledgeable. He knew how to address the problem I had and he took time for all my questions. The injections that he gave me were really done very well, as well as any I've had comfort-wise as well as with effectiveness. He's a good doctor.
