Everyone in the office was just amazing... very kind, knowledgeable and ALL were wearing a smile ??... I don't see that too often anymore in the workplace... kudos!!!

Provider was very knowledgeable. Procedure was done with very little discomfort and each step was explained well.

My doctor used to sit and take his time with me and the last two times, I feel like he was rushing me and wanted it over.

I have always thought the doctors at NMI are. Knowledgeable, caring people. Dr. Pigott, as others were, discussed my condition and then suggestions for treatment. He listened and discussed the treatment before we came to a mutual plan agreement.

I feel the doctor wasn't listening to my concerns and that he went by what the people at my clinic said and not listen to what my real problems were.
