This office is easy to access, the free parking is great, and the office staff does a great job keeping appointments running on time. Definitely prefer this office to the downtown location!

I visited the eye clinic suite 200 w/ Dr. Hall an was scheduled with look like 10 other people. I have never experienced anything like this before. No one informed us that it would be a wait or that Dr. Tyler was behind. I’m very disappointed at the service I received. I can’t go back there because to sit up and wait this long is ridiculous.
3:10PM ARRIVAL TIME
5:21 PM CALLED TO A ROOM
5:37PM MD came in the room
5:50 Front desk staff was gone and I had to leave my PHI on the desk and someone was supposed to call me and I never received a call to check out.

Except for the delay, I have no complaints. 2:15 appointment, left the parking deck by 4:30. (Felt bad for those who came from Tupelo, Mississippi & down near Auburn. Both couples wouldn't make it back home in time for church.) Dr. Tyler Hall is worth the wait.

When I had my exam, they did not tell me if I was farsighted and they decided they didn’t go over the exam with me and when they call and make my appointment or talk to me about my appointment, they did not tell me to bring a driver they dilated eyes and It was hard getting home because I barely can see. They did not offer me those shades that you supposed to get when they dilate your eye from sunlight
