Not a good experience. Extremely disappointing. Wait time was hours, could not get any of my questions answered by the staff. I was told I would have to see the doctor first. I called a couple of days before my appointment to ask questions. I did miss a call back but, I called back immediately. Never heard from anyone.
I think Dr. Hall is an excellent doctor and I have rescheduled my appointment at the Cahaba location.
I sure hope for better results.

Medically everything was as it should be and my only complaint is the backup which means each appointment takes 2 and /2 hours rather than an hour. TOO many people are scheduled without sufficient time between appointments which results in lengthy backups.

Staff is always pleasant and skilled in their job. The office is always busy but they move the process along as quickly as possible. And I admire Dr. Hall and his expertise. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr.Tyler Hall is the best doctor at UAB... I would use him as my PCP if I could. His bedside manner is impeccable,the care he shows his patients is beyond. Kate his nurse is a gem as well.

Dr. Hall is an outstanding doctor. He is professional, caring, patient and an all around "ten." His tech also made my visit pleasant. I wish the best for them in the future.

Wait time too long for just a follow up post laser surgery check…plus didn’t see the need for all of the preliminary exams prior to seeing physician, just for a surgery follow up. Regardless of reason for visit, wait times are always horrible! Parking is also a hassle. Dr Hall was friendly and answered my questions.

Facilities could be modernized a bit. Ie bathrooms need new counter tops light not working in bathroom etc.

Everyone from the front desk to the staff & Dr.Hall was so wonderful!! The office was so clean & comfortable.No wait to be seen,from signing in,to going to exam room was less than 10 minutes. Dr.Hall was patient with all our questions.

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor and his staff were so very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hall is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met.

Although my doctor is worth waiting for, the time spent waiting for a short consult was long and tedious. The staff is wonderful. The wait is very hard.
