Although my doctor is worth waiting for, the time spent waiting for a short consult was long and tedious. The staff is wonderful. The wait is very hard.

Dr. Tyler Hall and all the staff were exceptional! My husband and I had a very short wait to be seen, were thoroughly screened quickly and were ready to be seen by Dr. Hall. Dr. Hall was very pleasant and professional and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend!

They were very prompt at the front desk, they also called me back way before my scheduled appointment. The Dr. was very friendly and answered my questions and he was through with me very promptly.

The appointment with the Dr itself was outstanding. However the timeliness leading up to it was severely lacking. My appointment was scheduled for 1:25 PM with me leaving the facility at apx 3:15 PM. After my initial assessment by the med tech I was shuffled into a second waiting area. There were six patients scheduled ahead of me. Finally I was seated into the Dr's area apx 3:00 PM. The stacking of patients is an incredibly annoying process to go through. I was late for a business appointment that I had previously scheduled with a client of mine. Luckily I was able to salvage the business with my client. This appointment was a duplicate of one that I had earlier in the year with the same lack of respect for my time. I respectfully appreciate you trying to expand your business but not on the backs of your patients. Please correct this!!!!

Dr Tyler Hall is the very BEST eye doctor. He has healed or guided my very messed up eye after botched cataract surgery (along with his chosen other drs) and successfully operated on the 2nd eye. Miracle worker!

My only complaint is that nobody has ever responded to the questions I've asked on the patient portal, and nobody ever replied to my pharmacist's request for prescription authorization.
