Dr. Hooten strikes me as one who sincerely cares about his patients and would take the time to ease concerns. Even though his schedule is very busy, Dr. Hooten wants each patient to know he is important and will take the time.

Dr. Hooton is always kind and helpful when I see him. My appointment was for a check in on how medication was helping me, but he did not mind at all that I had asked for him to check a rash that I had while I was there, which made me feel cared for even more.
