Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Megan took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and carefully explained every question I had. She is a doctor who listens attentively to what I have to say and responds using plain English. I am very happy with her and all the staff at that facility.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I was fine as it was.

Everyone in the Bourbon office is always absolutely wonderful to work with and talk to. They all seem to really listen and care about your needs.

Yes, Meghan TURNBOUGH, NP is EXCEPTIONAL! She is a Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Healthcare Provider! And along with that Meghan is Kind, Compassionate, Patient, and easy to talk you! Myself & my husband, and our Grandchildren, and Daughter have her as our Primary. And we hope she always stays with BJC! She is Genuine! We’re lucky to have her here!

This staff is extraordinary. They work so well together. They genuinely care about you and making sure you get the best care. Each staff member does their job to make your appointment run smoothly. I appreciate each one of them. I am very comfortable here. Amazing people.

They are all excellent caregivers. A great group of women. My husband and I recently moved back to our home We still go back to, BJC Medical office for our primary care because we feel our health and well-being is as important to Meagan as it is to us! We feel she is a very special women who truly care about their patients, and especially about us!
