I thought Dr. White was personable, genuinely human and compassionate, and truly took my needs seriously. He spoke to me with respect, adjusted himself to use medical language that I would understand (which is above average, so it's less common), and we had an honest discussion about hip replacement surgeries. He didn't seem to have a huge ego that got in the way, and I liked that. The PA was similar. Both read enough of my history to understand that I am complicated, and neither were freaked out and backed off. That gave me confidence to proceed in the future.
