The people were very nice, got me in, got me out quickly. It's always really fast when I go in there. I kind of feel like I'm on an assembly line, but it's professional and friendly. So it's okay.

Ms. Tucker, Dr. Krainik, and all the staff have always been first-rate, courteous, and unfailingly professional. Ms. Tucker and all the staff in her office know how to give it.

I was very apprehensive to go in there and discuss my current cardiac status, as I was seeing this nurse practitioner for the first time. She was wonderful, seemed to know my history well and was very respectful of the way I wanted to handle my medical care going forward. I appreciate that very much.

They all went out of there way to take care of me from the staff and Shannon. I arrived early after a TEE procedure and didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment time. Thank you so much!

Everyone I came into contact with from the receptionist, when I first arrived, to the nurse who did my EKG were very kind and made me feel comfortable. Shannon Tucker was also a very nice and professional individual who answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only real issue I had was trying to find the room I needed to go to. The directions were not the greatest or maybe I missed a sign somewhere.
