Shannon Tucker is a rock star. I wouldn't trust my heart to anyone else and I've scheduled around to make sure I see her. Waiting room moves fast, everyone is friendly. Running a terrific operation.

Everybody was very friendly and very informative, but it's my first time, so I don't know what questions to ask. And I was just uncertain about what I was doing, and but everybody was very explicit in explaining it to me.. And Shannon was excellent. Thank you.

Shannon asked good questions and listened to my responses. She suggested an idea that I had not thought of, and it felt like she was really trying to come up with an idea that would help me. I am going to try her idea out and see if it helps. I am happy with the experience and will recommend Shannon and her office to my friends and family.

The people were very nice, got me in, got me out quickly. It's always really fast when I go in there. I kind of feel like I'm on an assembly line, but it's professional and friendly. So it's okay.
