I don’t feel that I’ve gotten a lot of information. I had to dig myself for most of what I know. For instance, I was told to take a powerful drug but wasn’t told anything about it. They talked vaguely about possible procedures.
If I were the anxious sort I think this would all be very worrying.

Shannon Tucker is a rock star. I wouldn't trust my heart to anyone else and I've scheduled around to make sure I see her. Waiting room moves fast, everyone is friendly. Running a terrific operation.

Everybody was very friendly and very informative, but it's my first time, so I don't know what questions to ask. And I was just uncertain about what I was doing, and but everybody was very explicit in explaining it to me.. And Shannon was excellent. Thank you.

Went in without actually knowing what was a wrong. Shannon checked everything to find out and we think she did. I'm now working to get back to 100%. She was great.

Shannon asked good questions and listened to my responses. She suggested an idea that I had not thought of, and it felt like she was really trying to come up with an idea that would help me. I am going to try her idea out and see if it helps. I am happy with the experience and will recommend Shannon and her office to my friends and family.
