Shannon is very capable and understanding. Her attention to detail is perfect and she makes you feel that she understands and has a handle on your issues

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Shannon took the time to study test results, question them and then get more information. This meant leaving knowing the recommended procedure was not needed and the diagnosis unlikely. It was a tremendous relief. Her determination to get clearer test results to base a diagnosis on led her back to the cardiologists office. It is reassuring to have experienced this quest to deliver top notch medical services.
