I had an excellent experience when seeing Dr. Ben Tsai today. He was very kind, thorough, explained everything, answered any questions I had, and had me set up another appointment to see him. He is also referring me to another specialist so I can be seen for other issues.

Dr Tsai is one of the most kind, considerate, patient, supportive, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. He has the best “bedside manner” of any doctor I have ever known. I wish he could be cloned 😸!!!

Dr. Tsai performed my colonoscopy 12 years ago. His pre-talk was very thorough and professional - just as I remembered ... The entire area was extremely organized and patient orientated. Upbeat and assuring.

He was very kind & explained everything to me & asked if I had any questions. He truly seemed to care about what was going on with me & I did not feel rushed at all. He has a great bedside manner & I appreciate that he treated me respectfully as a patient. I am looking forward to him being my doctor.
I have been going thru a lot, including cancer, in the last 4 years & I can't say that about most of my previous doctors in Florida. Glad we moved!

Great, only on 1st visit did not diagnose my problem correctly, even though I was certain I knew the issue. A month later on 2nd appt did he agree with my diagnosis and treated the issue to my great satisfaction.
