If I know somebody that needs their colon taken out, I would definitely recommend him. He took mine out. Does the sigmoid biannually for me. He saved my life as far as I’m concerned.

He is excellent. Did my internal hemorrhoids surgery 13 years ago and my colonoscopy today. Both went well. Will go to him if needed. Although I hope I don’t need him again. He is top notch.

I would recommend Dr. Tsai. He did my colonoscopy and had no issues.
I will say, I would also recommend Dr. Tsai because of his nurse Shannon.

Dr. Tsai was great, he explained everything and let me know what has caused my problems, what could be done to help and the next steps to take. He made sure I had all of my questions answered before we moved on. Very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate.

My nurse Shannon was exceptional at explaining procedures and helping with personal concerns and worries. She consistently made me feel seen, heard, and respected in my choices, which is all a patient would want in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Tsai was wonderful as well. He is kind, caring, attentive and took the time to explain every step of the way. They both answered my questions, eliminated my fears and built my trust in the process. In a world where people are quick to share their bad experiences I want to share my positive experience with both Dr. Tsai and Shannon.

It's my practice to not recommend where to receive treatment or stores to anyone.
OTHERWISE THE ABOVE WOULD BE A FIRM 10!
HOWEVER, CARE WAS EXCELLENT. BEN TSAI AND STAFF were awesome . . . attentive, kind, etc.
