The doctor, nurse and staff made me feel calm and comfortable as they knew how nervous I was. He wasn't anxious just to do surgery and recommended other options first. I really appreciated that.

I have sought treatment from Dr Tsai over the past few years. He has excellent bedside manner. You do not feel rushed, yet he is always on time. Takes care of business and you are clear on next steps.
