Dr. Tsai is a wonderful, caring doctor. I feel like my husband and I got incredibly lucky to have him as our primary care doctor. He's a great listener and never makes me feel like my concerns are unimportant.

When I first sat down I was called in almost immediately .I was surprised like wow that was quick so she gets me in a room and asks tell me about the pain your having..I never said anything about any pain all I mentioned at the front desk was a slight cough.. they had me confused with another patient
