Yes, Dr. Randle and his staff treated me very well, very good. All of them, his staff was very professional. Him, he was very professional. And I appreciate my doctor communicating with me and letting me know what's going on. I really appreciate that and I value that and my healthcare team. And I appreciate him and his whole staff. Dr. Randall and Dr.[REDACTED], listened to everything I had to say about my health, from what I have been experiencing, they also asked many questions, to make sure that I also understood my body and where we're going forth in the next step to better my heart health

My name is [PHI]. I waited in the waiting room for three hours. And then Dr. Randle was waiting for, with Dr. Randle in the hallway. In the waiting room for three hours, nobody called me in to see him. He was mad. Nobody told him I was outside waiting for him. Come by.

I think you guys are set up very well. I am absolutely unbelievably satisfied with Dr. Randle. I wouldn't see anybody else. And there's no reason to go anywhere else. And the support staff is great for getting set up with tests. And the girls at the office are great at the desks. And the nurses are good. So everybody's great. I feel comfortable going there and that's the only place I'd go for that. Thank you.

Dr. Troy is an excellent, excellent doctor. He takes pride in what he does and with his patients. He's very concerned about their heart, their health overall. He also will go through the medication with you, also answer any questions in complete detail for you. So he's an excellent doctor. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

I know sometimes doctors don't want to worry their patients but I appreciate doctors who tell me upfront about what they find in my exams. Case in point I had to read about something in the notes on MyChart from my doctor that he didn't tell me during my visit. It would've been nice if he'd said not to worry but I found this issue during the exam. Along with the course of action we will take to see whether this could be affecting you. I'd rather be reassured not to worry than spend time worrying about why the doctor didn't explain what he found during my exam.

Dr. Randle is a fabulous physician. I can always talk to him. He's very straightforward and he always breaks everything down to layman's terms so that you understand. And yes, I've already brought him a new client or patient. My husband is actually leaving his cardiologist to come to Dr. Randall. And my husband feels very comfortable with him and his honesty, his trustworthiness, and that he knows he can get the answers that he would need in layman's terms and just his kindness and compassion. So I thank him for being the man that he is and the physician that he is. Thank you, Dr. Randle.

Dr. Randle's assistant spent most of the time with me. Dr Randle spent at most 5 minutes. While I am certain that the assisdtant knew what he was doing and we all have to learn sometime, I didn't expect him and I would have liked to see Dr. Randle a bit more. Yes, I know there was probably scheduling delays and other office problems that sent me to the assistant. But, to the patient it feels like bait and switch. This has happened more than once which is why I am speakinf about it now. Which person is really my doctor?
