Dr. Troy Randle is an excellent excellent cardiologist he is always professional always greet you with a smile . He will review your medical record with you look at your medication and any test that he ordered. He will review them with you if there is something that needs to be changed he will explain to you why and what may be causing whatever problem that the patient may have he's very easy to reach an emergency there has been times I had to contact him about my blood pressure up and down and immediately responded back and actually knew what may be causing the blood pressure to fluctuate. If he makes an adjustment in your medication he will have you follow up with him within a week or two or someone from his office will reach out to you. I would recommend him to everyone the staff is very professional and very courteous. They always come in with a smile when greeting you. before going over your medication and giving you a EKG.

It was really good I just didn't like the area I like the Cherry Hill Office better but God keeps us safe no matter where we go just ask Him we're be in Good hands over all everyone was supper nice and I would go again if I had to

I have been seen by Dr. Randle for a number of years now. I find him to be very thorough and I find him to be very concerned about his patients and how well they're doing. He's very easy to talk to and he has a good grasp on the heart issues that his patients are experiencing and he asks very, very, very detailed questions to get him to that point where he knows and has a good understanding as to how a patient is progressing.

In general, I'm very pleased with Dr. Randall as my physician. However, Virtual and their scheduling staff need to understand that when a patient sends you a form for a pre-surgical clearance, even though I know, you know, appointments are hard to get, obviously they're going to have surgery. And if you're getting that form and you're getting that call being told it's a pre-clearance for a surgery, that they need to find a way to get you on the schedule. So if they need to bump it up to the doctor, they need to bump it up to the scheduling supervisor. That's what they need to know to do instinctively without telling the patient you have to wait three to six months out when you need a pre-op clearance. So that is just something that virtual across the board needs to work on in the scheduling area. They just need to use time ?

Dr. Randle takes time to look at your records ask you questions about your meds are you taking your meds? I give Dr. Randle a 100 when it comes to customer service and Customer Care and customer understanding.

I am very comfortable with Dr Troy Randle. Got to know him when my husband first went to him. We couldn't have gotten a better Dr. Look forward to having him as mine and his cardiologist. In this day and age it is so nice to have a Dr. who sees you as a person and not a throwaway just because of your age.

The staff at this office were very, very thorough, very kind, and very good at listening. And Dr. Randle is over the moon good at that. He's a good listener. He tells you things. He lets you know certain things about your diabetes as well as your heart and your cardiology issues and I do appreciate that. Thank you.
