Dr Kimsey explained everything very clearly. He was compassionate, patient and very understanding, as were his staff. The only different thing I wish had happened was for me to leave with a copy of my test results. I forgot to ask for a copy and they were not offered.

This was my first in office visit to Dr. Kimsey, the staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Dr . Kimsey explained to myself and family what to expect during and after surgery. In my many years of going to the doctor, my initial encounter him and doctor Robert’s have been exceptional. The entire staff was very supportive and helpful, if anyone is in need of this Team’s service, please consider this extremely professional team of specialists and their staff.

Beautiful facility, very clean and peaceful. I liked that there was security and a metal detector at the front door.. showing that your Hospital puts a lot of importance on the safety of its patience and staff and family members.

Dr.Kimsey is the best Oncologist, he's kind, caring, understanding, attentive and knowledgeable! If someone needed an Oncologist, I would recommend Dr.Kimsey! I wished every doctor was like Dr.Kimsey!

The ultrasound tech was excellent. She spoke clearly and did her job competently. I knew I was in good hands. The billing clerk restrained her attitude and I understand she has a difficult job. Phoebe needs to improve their billing process. Having to speak with a clerk before I can be see adds to the psychological stress of visiting a medical facility. Do better!

Dr. Kinsey is a rare gem. He was patient and considerate. He did not rush me or make me feel rushed. He answered all of my questions. He was thoughtful and caring. I wish there weee more doctors like him. I needed to have surgery quickly and he was very accommodating and understanding.

I had an urgent ultrasound done and I was taken back for my exam very quickly. I was greeted by the tech, Paula, with a smile. I felt she did a very thorough job. They got a new machine they were learning how to use and I had a great experience with the rest of the ultrasound staff too. They were all smiling and attentive to me as I was in a lot of pain. I can’t say enough good about my trip to Phoebe’s radiology department.

Had to have an MRI on Monday the 18th. I was running a few min. Late and went to the wrong building the Lady ask if she could help me, She yes maam and asked for my name, checked and I waS not schedule there. She asked what kind of procedure? I told her it was pancreos, that theyfound a spotand tears came to my eyes , she looked up over her computer and said " God's got this...you hear me...She then got out of her chair walked around the desk and poined me straight to the place zI needed to be and grabbed me up in her arms and Said stop worring...God has got this! I felt myself calm down! Thats to old pheobe I knew when I first moved to Ga. Years ago! When I arrived at my destination I was greated by a young lady who directed me to the waiting area signed in to another sweet Lady where the mri was to be done. She was another pleasant lady...she asked me to sign in and say have a seat honey they will be out in a minute.Less than ten minutes I was having another lady greeting me...she desribed every step of drawing my blood . Within 5 minutes she was done! When the young man came to take me for the mri He was amzing as well... explained ever process of the machine and saw the blanket (given to me by " 1 " stick Joy- the nurse who drew my blood)He said I see you have a warm blanket I am goig to cover you so can be warm...so thoughtful! Everyone was AMAZING!!! . THANK YOU PHEOBE...THIS MAY BE THE BEST EVER DAY AT PHEOBE FOR ME! Thank all of you who helped me feel cared for during this visit!
