Always knowledgeable about proper healthcare practices and doesn’t recommend medication unless absolutely needed. I always enjoy my visits and my entire family sees him now.

Dr. Fate was responsible for saving my life by sending me to urologist. Where I was diagnosed with aggressive prostrate cancer.I am now free of cancer.

I saw Dr. Fate for pre-op testing. He immediately made me feel comfortable and took his time to answer questions and make sure I understood the explanation. He thoroughly explained any situation I was unsure of and needed clarification on. All testing went very smoothly. He is an exceptional physician that I would highly recommend.

We would follow him to any practice because of his professional demeanor, attention to detail, excellent ability to deconstruct information & up to date knowledge to make connections with our medical concerns to solve our medical problems.
