He’s very approachable and says things in a simple way that is easy to understand. He is very thorough in his exams. Our family prefers Troy over all doctors we’ve been to.

Troy Novak is a wonderful doctor, always recommended him to family and friends. He listens to concerns, discusses ideas, possible changes, recommends follow up appointments - if necessary. Very friendly and compassionate. I am sorry to hear myMichigan will not be keeping him at the clinic. We do not like change or the idea of having to get to know someone else. May possibly be seeking where he will be working, may possibly follow him if its possible.

A very understanding and through doctor who goes above and beyond to help the patient. He respects the patient and listens intently to their concerns. The appointments are on time and all concerns covered.

Superior in every way. Kind, caring, always takes time to hear your every need medically and gets to the bottom of your medical issue. Highly recommend Troy for all your medical needs. He is phenomenal!!!

Trying to navigate the new phone system to call and schedule an appointment since the switch was a bit irritating, but the person to person communication and professionalism is great from all staff.

He is excellent in this field!!! One in a million and irreplaceable. He definitely has a gift in caring and the knowledge of your medical needs. He has always been outstanding with every visit I have ever had with him. I could go on and on about his phenomenal skills and personality. He will greatly be missed!!!! It's devastating he is leaving.😭

Excellent, went to Dr. Hall for 40 years and was devastated in his passing but Troy has stepped up to show us the same compassion in care and understanding.

That it’s a shame Troy is leaving but we understand his decision. However, the CURRENT front desk staff is not friendly and not knowledgeable. They did not show compassion or interest in what I was conveying to them. The staff did not seem to care what I was saying. In short, they need training in customer service or do not work the front desk.

I’ve had Troy as my primary care provider for 10 years and have found him to be kind, caring, and more than competent. I’m devastated that he is leaving the practice.

A very friendly and smiley guy. Not only did he answer my questions about myself, but he even answered all my questions about getting a family member medical equipment. I was in and on less then fifteen minutes.

It is sad that we are loosing a great provider in our community! It’s a shame your organization couldn’t find a solution to the reason for which you are loosing one of the best if not the best health provider for our community!! As news spreads young ppl to old are extremely upset about this 👎 Shame on MyMichigan

The entire office works well together to ensure issues are addressed promptly. Staff use appropriate hygiene care, answer all questions, and Troy is great at educating on what is going on. His new MA was kind, a great listener, asked problem focused questions, and looks to be a good addition to a great team.
