Superior in every way. Kind, caring, always takes time to hear your every need medically and gets to the bottom of your medical issue. Highly recommend Troy for all your medical needs. He is phenomenal!!!

Excellent, went to Dr. Hall for 40 years and was devastated in his passing but Troy has stepped up to show us the same compassion in care and understanding.

A very friendly and smiley guy. Not only did he answer my questions about myself, but he even answered all my questions about getting a family member medical equipment. I was in and on less then fifteen minutes.

It is sad that we are loosing a great provider in our community! It’s a shame your organization couldn’t find a solution to the reason for which you are loosing one of the best if not the best health provider for our community!! As news spreads young ppl to old are extremely upset about this 👎 Shame on MyMichigan

The entire office works well together to ensure issues are addressed promptly. Staff use appropriate hygiene care, answer all questions, and Troy is great at educating on what is going on. His new MA was kind, a great listener, asked problem focused questions, and looks to be a good addition to a great team.

I have been with this provider for 20 years. I've always been happy and my kids liked him. However I have recently been diagnosed with a bone morrow disease that he doesn't know much about so I would like to switch to a MD only because I feel my medical condition is more complex and changing.

I called today [date] prior to noon. I told the clinical staff RN my concerns regarding my cough. She was going to pass the info along to Troy Novak. I was NEVER called back. I find this very concerning.

Please reopen their onsite lab. I miss the convenience of getting my lab work done at the same location/time of my appointment.

Troy is not only willing to listen to concerns from the parent but always has information to answer questions and ensure you feel reassured. He is always washing his hands before touching my child, which is a big deal especially during a time where we are seeing so much like RSV, FLU, and other Respiratory illnesses. He was also thorough with following up on labs and medication, to ensure everything was where it needed to be to receive proper care.
